- I believe I am eligible for staff because I think and many others think I am a helpful person. I am frequently online on skyblock, not just doing my own jobs, but others too if they require help. Within the chat, I try to keep it clean as spam and flood can happen. I also stop people who are being disrespectful to other players. I am willing to help anyone as much as possible. I want to make ArkhamNetwork a better server and make people think it's a server that increases people's minecraft experience. I want to help change the Arkham community into a better community, so when new players join, they will love the sight they see.
- I have been a long time player on ArkhamNetwork, since around 2013. I've learnt a lot from just playing this minecraft server, and I want to help it grow to its greatest potential. I stay in contact with all the players that are online and reply to any questions and messages in chat. I am able to help players with what they need and what they need to know. I was also a staff member on a different server in the past. I helped it grow and it had many players on it until it shut down. I know some commands that can help with chat:
- /warn
- /mute
- I have lots of time dedicated to this server. It's my favourite server, and I play it every single day, to see what new people and what new things have come across. People trust me across the server. They know I am a nice person and will help them. As I have said, I was staff in a previous server: I keep calm and don't criticise against people who are breaking the rules, as I also try to calm them down. Many people say, 'THEY BANNED ME FOR NOTHING!', or sometimes it is a false ban. It may be an instant ban, people see, but I will first investigate, then take action against the rule breaking. I can remember rules well since I am good at memorising. If I do make a mistake and a higher ranked staff-member criticises, I will not go into 'rage-mode' and start saying no, I will calmly take the criticism and keep doing my job. You shouldn't be angry if people are breaking the rules - I will take action quickly, in a right way, with no trouble, not in a rage-ban way. I doubt I will make a bad impression on the staff team.
- I may not be on, as my dedication time says, either because of large amounts of homework or because I have gone out with my family. I will report this to the staff team before I am offline.
- Hackers will be a big focus for me if I become a staff member. I will first see if they are hacking, watch them as long as I need to until I know 100% they are hacking. I am not one of those lazy people: 'I'm bad at pvp, oh he killed me, *ban*'. I am experienced and will get on the job without a single complaint, as it would look like I'm a great fool.
- I have played arkham for years, and have grown to it. No other server is like this and is my favourite server of all time.
- It brings me entertainment and enthusiasm. It has things I love to do and makes me happy. It's brought me lots of joy and memories. AND IT'S ONLY A MINECRAFT SERVER! You see, this minecraft server is special, and potential is a big thing for arkham. I want to repay you, by helping arkham grow.
- Staff isn't just a rank with bold nick, with lots of perms. It is a big responsibility that not everyone can take. I believe I am ready to take the responsibility of staff and help out the server.
- Hackers and rulebreakers are all around the server. As I've already said, no-one likes a rulebreaker. I will react fast towards these players, and keep not just the chat, but the server clean. I am extremely aware if I break the rules, the result will be a demotion. Obtaining staff is only my first goal, but I am aspired to gain better skills and be a good part of the staff team. I don't think I am better than any of the staff members, never, but I believe I can help the staff team and the server grow to its potential.
- Thanks for your time.
- Dram :)
