- What is GOSU?
- Gosu stands for Game over stat upgrade glitch it works in all versions of re:coded
- What does it do?
- Basically I get 75% of the stats from another file in a current play through allowing you to be able to reach 200/200/200/28 stats as early as Destiny Islands
- How does it end?
- GOSU ends on the following conditions:
- Entering a system sector
- Exiting a system sector
- Entering a new world (Not including HB1-HB2 / CO mini worlds)
- Entering the stat matrix
- Does GOSU effect autoscrollers?
- Yes it does
- How do you get a perfect GOSU file?
- First thing you need to know is your gosu file needs roughly 350 str / magic to get the 200 str/mag in the speedrun. Defence is optional as is luck. To get the chips the enemies you need to farm are:
- Gold Tricholoma drop the following chips:
- 0.06% chance of dropping a +4 strength chip
- 0.04% chance of dropping a +4 magic chip
- 0.02% chance of dropping a +4 defence chips
- You also need to farm invisibles and angel stars for Lucky Strike: Invisible (0.05%), Angel Star (0.03%)
- You may also want more trophy chips to round out your stats: Invisible (0.05%), Angel Star (0.03%)
