In this case, the deceased is a Christian, but the family is holding a service at a Church (which is not the usual). I had to insert the Funeral service details under "Remarks" in order for it to appear. Customer commented that the order is wrong, it should be cortege leaving at [time] for service at [time] and lastly for cremation at [time]. One suggestion is to have additional religions with exceptions, for eg, Christian (with funeral service) or Catholic (without Funeral Mass) but I think having a custom text box can solve the issues for all unexpected exceptions moving ahead. In Step 5/7 under Funeral Details, perhaps we can have 2 radio buttons. "Use our template" which displays the existing fields and "Write your own" which displays one single large textbook for clients to fill it in.
