A2 - Ashtan doesn't exist anymore, don't need it in the list of banned orgs.

C3a - I'm not sure 'tantamount' is the right word here, but I'm not sure what else you'd sub in either!

A1b - Perhaps make that something like 'no cabalist who knows will tell a cabalist who doesn't know', so it applies to people who are beyond novicehood as well.

Section V- Perhaps change 'everyone that has taken the oath' to 'everyone in the guild' but said fancier... after all, the kidlets technically haven't said any oath yet.

A3 - Some kinda clause about 'unless it's necessary to said research' perhaps? It is sometimes needed to talk about a project to people outside the guild and all.
