Makes person forget training

With a satisfied nod Vista walked up to her prisoner. She was about to read him his rights as it were when she noticed a small orb on the ground. She picked it up and let out a gasp as  her mind was assailed with visions of violence. Something within her quivered, and this feeling was enhanced when she saw the potential prize; Anything.

Without a thought she smashed the orb. Then came the pain. Agony surged through her as she realized what she had done. She slowly stumbled away, cursing her amateur mistake; never touch tinker tech.

He must have had some sort of master effect that kept her from doing what she had been trained to do. As the pain grew to great, she collapsed vision failing.
