  1. QUESTIONNAIRE
  2. How do you plan to work once you become a Field Training Officer?: 250 WORDS MINIMUM
  3. Being a Field Training Officer is completely different from the relevant standard duties as it takes into account a challenging factor that can agitate both the future and/or the reputation of the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. Furthermore, this advancement opportunity offers numerous occasions in building my chosen career both in the law enforcement and sheriff's department. With that being said, I'm planning to pass through all the procedures in sending an exact idea to the newly initiated deputies, to enforce the law effectively with no mistakes. Not to mention that I'm inclined to proffer my assistance in the division/bureau side, to ensure the ones are being worked out in all the upcoming surprises in the line of duty. I also have an urge of obtaining this position (Field Training Officer) in this Department through which I could form replacements in the procedures and operate against the ones worthy of punishments however it isn't possible at the moment due to the strength of the overall Department and competing up against the representatives out loud and with confidence in public whereas being competitive behind the community is more of beneficial in my view. Until that time, this advancement opportunity is seemingly an excellent occasion in my thoughts for leadership experiences, teaching Deputy Sheriff Trainees and editing experiences, moderation bits of knowledge and overall, it possesses multiple responsibilities arising during the employment. These are the substantial reasons of why I submitted an application for the Field Training Officer position, and how will I perform on the line of duty if received the chance from the authorities.

  5. What do you think qualifies a Field Training Officer?: 200 WORDS MINIMUM
  6. Overall definition of a Field Training Officer embodies responsibility, as the position is considered to be a senior and/or experienced member of the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. The one is supposed to be a role model for the newly initiated deputies that have a sworn opportunity in enforcing the law, particularly through all the conceivable ways. Moreover, the department counts severely on the trainees that were graduated from the Academy, as they have the general idea of establishing the department's future consisting of Integrity, Leadership, Partnership, Service, Responsibility. To be more exact, the trainees have worked through much possible paperwork that was done successfully in the academy, and yet, they don't have an exact view of the public, and how to proceed in the field. Thus here comes the Field Training Officer, to display a great attitude in enforcing the law in the public, and to have a solid image/reputation through all upcoming situations in the county of Los Santos. Furthermore, the trainees don't have enough experience to handle such duties (mentioned above), as it seems dangerous for them to carry it out effectively, so the Field Training Officer must do the right job in explaining the procedures granted by the Executive Staff and the Government, to build a safe environment in all over the county. To sum up everything, dedication, motivation, and leadership qualify a Field Training Officer, and I personally think that I have what it takes to become one.
