Speedrunning also means interacting with the community, having a sense of humor and overall being a good entertainer. Cosmo is a prime example for this. Speedrunning is a mindset, it's a way of life. Hi, a big amount of PC speedrunners is BAD because all they do is spam quicksave/quickload, watching this stuff is not fun, for example games like Jet Set Radio and Halo was originally released on consoles, not on PC, PC only has stupid ports of them with things like quicksaving that wasn't in the original, watching a PC runner generally is very boring experience because of them don't have skills the console runner has because for them every problem in the world and every mistake is easily could be fixed by a simple quickload.

As a dad and a common perpetrator of dad jokes, let me explain. I like telling jokes. I think of myself as a funny guy so it just seems natural that I'd want to try to make my kids laugh.

The thing is, for this particular audience, a lot of my normal material is off limits. Profanity is out. I don't want to make sexual innuendo or double-entendre jokes around my 9 year old daughter or my 7 year old son. They probably don't understand many of the references to books, movies or pop culture that I would use around my friends let alone the occasional "I'll be in my bunk" Firefly joke.
