The Golden Circle and Rune System

Entering that cabin once more, he would move to his workshop! Which still remained in the corner, awaiting them. Over the table, there was a crate which was opened and from this one some automatons were taken out!

Five of them.

Two spheres with appendages that had propellers and hands, two mini queens and also a small humanoid. All metallic beings and two more since the last time, as the empyrean had been working while others weren't nearby.

As always.

"Well, how have you both been doing?" He would ask at first as he sorted out some gold ingots and also tools.

The gold was then held with some of the tools and then hammered, pressed into thin shapes. Which, XC then molded into a sort of 'halo', a circle.

Soon, they would know why.

The demon blink, clearly..he was expecting a lot of things, not a 'how you been doing'.

The cane is left at his left side, it simply stays there, standing, without falling as his hands get together and he stares the work.

"Still getting used to this place. Too peaceful. Too calm, Feels weird."

He nods to himself and looks to Kass, waiting the answer.

Standing off to the side and leaning against the bookshelf, 'Master Octopus' stretches out a bit. Tentacles move to caress the spines of tomes, looking for something good to read. Finally, one plucks out a book on Isegradian runes and brings it up to Kass' shadowed face.

"Hmm." It mumbles before it begins flipping through the pages, "I've been well. I've been attempting to arrange some diplomatic meetings to see the state of Urosil, as Providence's is plain for me to see."

"But, if it will bear fruit... I am unsure."

After forming five of those golden circles, these were introduced, placed into the interior of each automaton - at the epicenter of the small crietures, then fixed into the area - welded to the small robots.

"That is only something for now, of the moment, Berelith. People were constantly seeking conflict against us before, but due to Urgoz they are afraid now.

Otherwise, they will make the spirit stronger.

Maybe, you can try something pertaining to this entity - Kass might give you more details about the spirit." He spoke while using his tools to solder and fix everything..

That should be enough.

When he was done, he then separated copper bars - which were hammered and shaped into wires, in addition to other smaller pieces, mechanisms! Which were connected to the circles, then to the arms, legs and other parts of the automatons.

Thus making simple but adequate articulations.. Which would serve later.

"Avoid Providence, there's a barrier over there that my sister built - tricky to remove without going into that place." He could do it if he had to, but he didn't see why, "And Urosil? Not sure if it is wise, if I'm not mistaken, they betrayed Chimera or was it the Doctor? Last time, but it is your decision.. Not mine." Continued before focusing in his work.

"Urgoz? The damned Spirit that is screaming war and rage beneath the dirt?"

He asks, as if, he had been listening to the rageful screams of the corrupted being.

"Hm...If we can make it stronger, maybe, it can be a 'safeguard' for us. But it feels weird, this 'peace'. This 'quietness'. A bit maddening."

A grunt, discomfort is easy to see but..he's there. Trying to understand it all.

And the gaze is set back at the work, learning by watching in some ways.

"They betray all. Chiriel views Demons as toys for his amusement." It remarks idly as it scans the pages. They are, in fact, XVII's research published for public use, though it did not know that was the sister Stolas was referring to.

"As his. As he wishes to consume all under his heretical light. As Pascha Pavlova views this isle as his as well."

It clicks its tongue. "So, while I will take special care to remain safe? I need to know more about the state of things to nudge Providence, Urosil, and Boundary to go at each other's throats."

It smiles underneath the hood. "That, alongside Urgoz? Will give us plenty of time to gain our strength back."

Kass says, "They'll be punished soon enough. For now? I intend to force them to cannibalize each other."
Kass says, "At the very least, it's a little distraction for them."

"The peace, the current tranquility is good - we need to regain strength, use this moment to recruit, gather soldiers among other things.

It is time to develop further our village." Commented to the goat, before nodding to Kass.

Since both, had similar opinions..

Now, with all the joints ready - the wires connected internally, XC started creating the rune system! First in the golden circles, it forms a circle of mana around these, followed by runes - such as 'Control', 'Channel' and ones like that were simply intended to..

Grant control to Stolas, while making the core mana flow through the automatons and thus animate them up, bring them to life! Something, suitable and simple, but that would work.

Or, that's what XC expected.

And worked first on the humanoid, before going to the others.

"Both Urosil and Providence, respectively their leaders - see everything that is not their friends, as tools and things to use for their private kingdoms, to grant them influence, prestige and more power.

Such mortals are despicable and I intend to punish them for acting in such ways." And how would an isolated person like him do that? Well, in the future they would see..

Because, Stolas had plans.

"Now, for this plan of yours? I wish you good luck." That is what he could offer to Kass, for now.

Kass says, "Barelith, would you care to spar outside for a bit?"
Barelith says, "Hm?"
Barelith says, "Very well."

After completing the rune system, on the first..

He would proceed to the next one, repeating the same procedure and it would only change in the winged ones! Because the spheres received some different runes, from those of movement in the ground - because these beings flew.

So? different ones were needed!

Such, received some runes referring to the flight movement, something more complex than the walk of Queenbot and Cargobot. And clearly, more complicated..

But after a few minutes, they both had the runes completed.

A complex system that connected everything to where the core was going to be placed.

"That will be enough, what do you two thin--" His voice stopped when he noticed that both demons had departed. Leaving him alone, at least this step was pretty simple and quick.

The next one though.. It wouldn't be that much.

"Well, my dear automatons.. Rest for now, because soon enough? You all will be brought to life." Said, before storing each one into the crates.

Another step finished.
