  1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is a policy that customers must accept when using our service. We reserves the right to suspend or delete or cancel Customer's account or all services provided by us if we decides that Customer's account is used inappropriately or violates our policies.

  3. The following are things that are considered to violate the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) :
  4. A. Illegal use
  5. B. Threats: Use our services to send any material (by e-mail, upload, post or otherwise) that threatens or encourages physical loss or property damage.
  6. C. Harassment: Use our services to send anything (by e-mail, upload, post or otherwise) that harasses another party.
  7. D. Forgery or impersonation: Adding, deleting or modifying header information used as a network identity as an attempt to defraud or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate people by using false header information or other identifying information is prohibited. Use of anonymous remailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.
  8. E. Fraudulent activity: Using our services to make false offers to sell or buy products, services or goods or spread all kinds of financial fraud such as “pyramid schemes” and “chain letters”
  9. F. Unsolicited commercial email/unsolicited bulk email (SPAM): Using our services to send unsolicited commercial emails or unsolicited bulk emails is strictly prohibited. This type of violation results in the termination of the offending account upon receipt of the complaint.
  10. G. Email / News Bombing: Actions intended to prevent others from using email or news will result in the immediate termination of the hosting account in question at our service.
  11. H. Forgery of Emails / Electronic Messages: Falsification of headers or the contents of part or all of electronic messages originating or passing through our service is a violation of AUP.
  12. I. Usenet SPAMing: We have zero tolerance for network users to post commercial messages or advertisements, which violate any rules, regulations, FAQ or charter of any newsgroups or mailing lists. Only commercial messages that comply with newsgroup or mailing regulations or requested by recipients are permitted.
  13. J. Unauthorized access: Use of services to access, or to attempt to access, another person's account, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate S other entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communication systems, or systems telecommunications, whether the intrusion does not cause or causes data to be lost or corrupted, is prohibited and the associated account will be deleted immediately.

Intellectual rights infringement: Use of our services to transmit any material (by email, upload, posting, or otherwise) that violates the intellectual rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights) of third parties, including, but not limited to, unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, digitization and distribution of photographs from copyrighted magazines, books or other sources, and unauthorized distribution of copyrighted devices.
  15. L. Collection of personal data: Use of our services to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.

  17. N. Fraud: Includes false or misleading statements, writings or activities made with the intention that the person receiving will act.
  18. O. Spread of Viruses: Intentional distribution of software that attempts to and/or causes harm, harassment, or harm

  20. P. Unauthorized use of software: Use of software or devices that will require continuous connection, such as ping and monitoring incoming connections (listen), when using our services may result in the hosting account being suspended.

  22. Q. Third Party Accountability: our customers will be responsible and accountable for every activity by third parties, using their accounts, that violates the provisions of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

  25. R. The account must not be used as a torrent tracker or the like.

  27. S. The account must not be used to run any proxy scripts including PHPProxy, CGIProxy, and others

  29. T. Accounts may not be used for file-sharing or peer-to-peer activities.

  31. U. Accounts may not be used to run any chat scripts including live chat, shoutbox and others

  36. IRC Scripts/Bots
  37. Pirated Software/Warez
  38. Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
  39. AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
  40. Classified ad
  41. IP Scanners
  42. Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
  43. Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
  44. Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
  45. File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
  46. Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
  47. Escrow/Bank Debentures
  48. High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
  49. Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden
  50. Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
  51. Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)
  52. Prime Banks Programs
  53. Lottery Sites
  54. MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs
  55. Bank Debentures/Bank Debenture Trading ProgramsMailer Pro
  56. CGI/Perl version of YABB
  57. Chat rooms/IRC scripts
