  1. 4oz/110g butter
  2. 2 medium onions
  3. 3 celery sticks
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. 1 green pepper
  6. 1 Tbs tomato paste
  7. as much raw shrimp as you want, I use a packet (150g) but more is cool too (cooked is also fine)
  8. 2 Tbs flour
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
  11. 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning mix (https://i.imgur.com/2Vjd7on.jpg)
  12. 1/2 cup water
  13. like 4 or so chopped spring onions
  14.
  15. 1) chop up everything
  16. 2) melt the butter
  17. 3) put everything you chopped in the pan except the spring onion
  18. 4) wait until the onions are lightly browned around the edges (7-10 mins), stirring all the time
  19. 5) add the tomato paste and mix it in
  20. 6) add the shrimp, cook until the shrimp are pink all the way through (if they're already cooked just continue to the next step)
  21. 7) add the flour and mix it in, THEN add the salt, seasoning mix, and tabasco sauce, then stir and leave to cook for another minute or so
  22. 8) add the spring onions
  23. 9) add the water and lower the heat, then let it simmer until most of the water is evaporated and the sauce looks a bit thick, stirring often
  24. 10) serve over rice
  25.
  26. if you're doing keto, add more veggies or some shirataki noodles or something
