- 4oz/110g butter
- 2 medium onions
- 3 celery sticks
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 1 Tbs tomato paste
- as much raw shrimp as you want, I use a packet (150g) but more is cool too (cooked is also fine)
- 2 Tbs flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning mix (https://i.imgur.com/2Vjd7on.jpg)
- 1/2 cup water
- like 4 or so chopped spring onions
- 1) chop up everything
- 2) melt the butter
- 3) put everything you chopped in the pan except the spring onion
- 4) wait until the onions are lightly browned around the edges (7-10 mins), stirring all the time
- 5) add the tomato paste and mix it in
- 6) add the shrimp, cook until the shrimp are pink all the way through (if they're already cooked just continue to the next step)
- 7) add the flour and mix it in, THEN add the salt, seasoning mix, and tabasco sauce, then stir and leave to cook for another minute or so
- 8) add the spring onions
- 9) add the water and lower the heat, then let it simmer until most of the water is evaporated and the sauce looks a bit thick, stirring often
- 10) serve over rice
- if you're doing keto, add more veggies or some shirataki noodles or something
