Is it possible to know why there is so many mistakes with this URL,
not able to retrieve, not able to crawl..  giving errors differently?

even reporting the error did not allow many times, "Unknown errors" etc

Also, when i save related to these URLs, a archived pastebin url,   (in where mentiond Putina link is) :

then it shows not ordinary archive but as it would not have been archived:

"Hrm.
The Wayback Machine has not archived that URL.
This page is available on the web!"

(pastebin directly saves, yes: http://archive.fo/0tWmn )

So is there something related to this link in my region that does not allow me to re-archive it ?
