- an addictive space rougelike.

Story ans setting: 1/2.
Minimal. you are lone spaceship of the federation carrying highly sensitive information to your base while being chased by the Rebels.
..and that's about it.
one point added because for a change, you aren't "the brave rebel" but fight against them.
Could be much cooler reference if you would be part of the "Empire" instead of the "Federation". ^_^

Gameplay: 8/10
Space Rougelike. that's something new.
You manage your ship. buy and upgrade systems, like shields and engine.
battle other ships in tactical battles. ask yourself questions like: should i shoot at the shield generator so that i could do more damage in the next shot? should i disable their weapon? maybe the engine so they won't able to escape?
manage your crew members and make use of limited resources to make a powerful vessel.

Graphics and Sound: 1/3
Minimal.

Replayability: 8/8
hard game even on the easy difficulty. and the permadeath aren't making it easier. unless you save scum..
the world is randomly generated so every ride is different.
there are tons of achievement and unlike other games, those are important. they unlock (vastly) different ships for you.
like any rougelike, this game is based on replayability.

Final score: 8/10
Recommended for Rougelike fans(like Issac) and space simulator fans.
