  5. Dear all,
  6.

  19. there is the potential of a massive fraud taking place at Golden Saints Resource and which when uncovered will cause London Stock exchange as well the mining industry in Sierra Leone (SL) significant losses in terms of investment. Some of the accusations in this email can be proven with an evidence trail whilst others may be regarded as circumstantial, it is up to you as regulators to investigate further into these allegation. These are allegation that have been picked up from the various forums as well as communication from private investors.

  22. ** Mr D'Silva insists that no further diamond discoveries are to be announced. Why is it that two export permits have been applied for in May 2015 as detailed here through for the Baja License and can be found at sierraleone.revenuesystems.org. This is an abuse of London Stock Exchange Rules which states that information must be made available to shareholders in a timely manner

  30. ** Mr D'Silva claims there are no more diamonds discoveries to be announced yet 135 carats which were never announced to shareholders was accidentally sent to some shareholder. Again this is withholding information from share holders

  34.
  35. ** Mr D'Silva together with Sasha who now has left informed a shareholder that a diamond between 40ct and 80ct was recovered at Baja earlier this year. The shareholder that was informed of this from Sasha is willing to testify on this. Either Mr D'Silva has lied, or a multi million pound diamond has been hidden in the country.... This is either mis-information to shareholders or Mr D'Silva has stolen a significant diamond. Mr Wonday needs to investigate further.

  38.
  39. ** Dyke discovery not announced
  40. pastebin.com/Lm2jgkzB --- contains an email trail from the CEO of BSG /KOIDU
  41. Ernest the geologist working at Tongo also confirms the discovery
  42. Again this is withholding information from shareholders

  47.
  48. ** Communication to "Asian" shareholders in January 2015 but not to London Shareholders
  49. http://pastebin.com/QbWBML9R
  50. Mr D'Silva has consistently emailed privately against best practice for communication to shareholders, this has been through a combination private emails, whatsapp text messaging, private meetings in hotels. In all the communications he has constantly been encouraging to hold and blaming the share price action on markets, ebola etc. This is market abuse by a CEO.
  51.
  52.
  53. ** Rumours of a couple of BVI vehicles being setup at IPO which are owned by Mr D'Silva, this allows Mr D'Silva to buy and sell shares without declaring. Evidence of this is still being collated.
  54.
  55.
  56. There is much more coming, especially the private emails from the asian investors, videos and recorded contact between MR D'Silva and various shareholders.
  57.
  58.
  59. In summary Mr D'Silva is not fit to run a London Listed company, he has constantly and consistently misled a number of investors, and I would not be surprised if he is found at to have "stolen" significant diamonds from SL. It is up to you as regulators in London as well as Sierra Leone to investigate these allegation. There will be further information coming as shareholders see that contact has now been made to the regulators. A copy of this email will also be made available at http://www.lse.co.uk/ShareChat.asp?ShareTicker=GSR&share=golden_saint , hopefully shareholders who have also been duped can contact you directly.
