<p><b>L</b>ike the name her quirk, Kamala's massive, frothy tumble of hair is soft, yet abrasive and made of very fine steel fibers. It requires constant brushing with a special kind of brush, since the fluffier and more tangled it becomes, the more electricity it contains. Without management, she discharges static electricity in small doses – which increase the longer she goes without brushing – and quickly overheats. She must soak her hair in baking soda at least twice a day and dry it thoroughly to prevent rust.

<p>When Kamala uses her Quirk, her hair rises, floating above her head like a giant storm cloud. In essence, she can act as a human lightning rod or battery—but not for long or her hair fries, leaving it too brittle to contain the electricity she generates. Cutting her hair affects her power.

<p>To discharge, Kamala only has to point or clap her hands, but is capable of up to only two bolts at a time. Without aid, each one can reach up to <b>1,000,000 volts</b>. With aid she can surpass that, but requires time to stockpile between attacks. Exceeding her limit will short-circuit her; overusing her Quirk will incapacitate her.
