Neo vs. Ji Rong
I think Neo is very likely to either one shot or heavily damage Ji Rong with an initial hit via his piercing feats, and I think that the validity of the stips Neo was had enough doubt cast on them that Ji Rong's tree feat will be very damaging if not one shot. so this comes down to which opponent will hit the other first. Neo's illusions were never sufficiently refuted, nor were the antifeat's for Ji Rong's speed, which overall still seems unimpressive to me vs. Neo's feats of blocking bullets from close range and teleporting into their path. I also think Neo's stealth is at least a cut above what Ji Rong can detect. These all lead me to believe that Neo takes this fight more often than not, likely being able to get first strike at which point she can stab Ji Rong to death. Ripple/Clev wins.

Ripple vs. Fuji
A lot of this debate centered around whether CEC needs to be activated or could even be used, which was a shame because even with it, the speed feat of Fuji dodging a bullet from close range isn't provably bullet timing, whereas Ripple's speed is clearly very good. Fuji's ability to detect stealth and protect herself from potential one shots seems to be heavily reliant on the threads, which functionally add a lag time. Ripple going into stealth and stabbing Fuji seems easy enough to pull off before Fuji can protect herself or defeat Ripple, therefore I give the win to Ripple. Ripple/Clev wins.

Speed Racer vs. Endorsi
The only thing that seemed to matter in this debate was if Endorsi would teleport into the Mach 5 or not, at which point she should win more often than not. I don't see this happening. Endorsi abusing teleportation in combat doesn't seem to happen with much frequency, even if she does do it I don't see her going for it right away, and her teleporting into a car moving at the M5's speed doesn't strike me as an easy task. Ultimately, Tarro didn't have enough evidence to prove that she would do this in a relevant timeframe, and the Mach 5's victory otherwise was pretty much ensured. Speed Racer/Clev wins.
