  1. Start by getting yourself into a comfortable
  2. position, free of distractions.
  3.
  4. I'd like you to concentrate entirely on these words
  5.
  6. Just let everything else go for a bit
  7.
  8. Focus only on these words
  9.
  10. Take a deep breath in....
  11.
  12. And breathe slowly out
  13.
  14. Deep breath in....
  15.
  16. And breathe slowly out
  17.
  18. Keep breathing in this slow, easy manner as you read
  19.
  20. Let yourself relax more and more
  21.
  22. As you continue to focus on my words
  23.
  24. Let your muscles relax
  25.
  26. From your head to the tips of your toes
  27.
  28. Let any tension in them fade away into nothing
  29.
  30. As I count down from 10 to 1
  31.
  32. Repeat every number out loud to yourself
  33. And let all of your muscles get more relaxed and loose
  34.
  35. With every number you hear and say
  36.
  37. Notice how hearing these numbers
  38.
  39. Focusing on them, and on all of my words
  40.
  41. Helps you to become very relaxed
  42.
  43. Without even having to try
  44.
  45. Ready?
  46.
  47. 10.
  48.
  49. Feeling a bit more relaxed
  50.
  51. 9.
  52.
  53. Releasing any tension in your muscles
  54.
  55. 8.
  56.
  57. Letting go of any distractions
  58.
  59. 7.
  60.
  61. Breathing deeply in... and slowly out...
  62.
  63. 6.
  64.
  65. Getting more relaxed with every number
  66.
  67. 5.
  68.
  69. Letting your body relax completely
  70.
  71. 4.
  72.
  73. Letting any remaining tension out of your muscles
  74.
  75. 3.
  76.
  77. And starting to let your mind relax as well
  78.
  79. 2.
  80.
  81. Letting your muscles relax completely, going limp like a rag doll
  82.
  83. 1.
  84.
  85. Your body is completely relaxed
  86.
  87. So relaxed and heavy
  88.
  89. That it's very hard to move, except to keep reading
  90.
  91. That's okay
  92.
  93. There's no need to move right now
  94.
  95. You just want to relax and keep focusing on my words
  96.
  97. Now, let's focus on relaxing your mind as well
  98.
  99. Imagine yourself laying down in a grassy field
  100.
  101. The sun shining overhead
  102.
  103. Picture yourself in this place for a moment
  104.
  105. The soft feel of the grass beneath you is very soothing
  106.
  107. It's so comfortable you almost feel like you could take a nap here
  108.
  109. But the heat and light from the sun keeps you awake
  110.
  111. The sun is your mind
  112.
  113. Made of all your thoughts and memories and willpower
  114.
  115. That sunlight is made up of all your distraction
  116.
  117. All your thoughts
  118.
  119. All your resistance
  120.
  121. And it keeps you from relaxing on the grass
  122.
  123. To be able to relax completely
  124.
  125. To go to sleep on the grass here
  126.
  127. We have to shut out that sunlight for a little while
  128.
  129. I will count down from 20 to 1
  130.
  131. Repeat every number out loud as I do
  132.
  133. With every even number
  134.
  135. Imagine a cloud passing in front of the sun
  136.
  137. Blocking out the sunlight for a moment
  138.
  139. Blocking out thoughts, and memories, and ideas
  140.
  141. Blocking out your entire mind for a moment
  142.
  143. And with every odd number
  144.
  145. Imagine that cloud moving on
  146.
  147. Letting the sunlight in again
  148.
  149. But leaving you a bit more relaxed
  150.
  151. A bit more sleepy
  152.
  153. A bit more comfortable and content
  154.
  155. Than you were before
  156.
  157. So that by the time I reach 1
  158.
  159. You will feel completely relaxed and very sleepy
  160.
  161. Even though the sun is still there
  162.
  163. You will pay no attention to the sunlight
  164.
  165. Shutting out those thoughts and distractions
  166.
  167. As best you can
  168.
  169. Do you understand?
  170.
  171. Let's begin
  172.
  173. 20.
  174.
  175. A cloud passes in front of the sun
  176.
  177. Mind blank. Sunlight blocked
  178.
  179. 19.
  180.
  181. The cloud moves on, letting the sunlight in
  182.
  183. Mind back, but feeling more relaxed
  184.
  185. 18.
  186.

  295. Mind back, but wishing the sun was blocked again
  296.
  297. Feeling so very, very sleepy
  298.
  299. But the sunlight still keeps you awake
  300.
  301. When I say "ECLIPSE", the moon will move in front of the sun
  302. blocking it out completely
  303.
  304. The moon will block out all of that sunlight
  305.
  306. All of your thoughts
  307.
  308. All of your will
  309.
  310. All of your memories
  311.
  312. It will block out your entire mind
  313.
  314. And finally let you go to sleep on the grass
  315.
  316. Ready?
  317.
  318. ECLIPSE
  319.
  320. No sunlight
  321.
  322. So comfortable
  323.
  324. No thoughts
  325.
  326. So relaxed
  327.
  328. No will
  329.
  330. So sleepy
  331.
  332. No memories
  333.
  334. So content
  335.
  336. No mind
  337.
  338. Completely hypnotized
  339.
  340. Just sleeping in the shadow under the ECLIPSE
  341.
  342. From now on,
  343.
  344. Whenever I say or type the word ECLIPSE,
  345.
  346. Whether you're awake or in trance,
  347.
  348. You go right back to this grassy field,
  349.
  350. With your mind completely blocked out by the moon.
  351.
  352. ECLIPSE makes your mind completely blank and empty.
  353.
  354. ECLIPSE makes you so very, very sleepy and comfortable.
  355.
  356. Whenever you see or hear my trigger word, ECLIPSE, you drop into this complete
  357. trance, with no thoughts, memories, or will. Your mind goes completely blank,
  358. and you feel very relaxed, comfortable, and sleepy. Every time I say or type
  359. the word ECLIPSE, you go deeper into trance than you ever have before. Your
  360. mind goes completely blank and you are completely open to any suggestion I give
  361. you.
  362.
  363. You stay in this complete state of trance until I say or type the word
  364. "DAYBREAK". When I do, you wake up out of trance, feeling refreshed,
  365. relaxed, and happy. You can never remember anything that happened while you
  366. were under the ECLIPSE when you are awake. Whenever you try to think back to
  367. the ECLIPSE while awake, you find your mind wandering and you find yourself
  368. thinking about how nice it would be for me to hypnotize you again. Any
  369. suggestion I give you during the ECLIPSE is just as powerful after you wake up
  370. as it was during the ECLIPSE, even though you do not remember receiving the
  371. suggestion. It goes directly to your subconscious mind and is stored there,
  372. even though you do not consciously know it.
  373.
  374. Let this suggestion, ECLIPSE, go very deep into your subconscious mind. It will
  375. always be able to put you completely into trance, even though you will not even
  376. remember that you have been given this suggestion after I wake you up. If you
  377. try to remember anything about this trance after you wake up, your mind starts
  378. to wander and you will find yourself thinking about how nice it would be to be
  379. hypnotized by me again.
  380.
  381. You have no thoughts, no memories and no will.
  382.
  383. Mind completely blank.
  384.
  385. Only these words.
  386.
  387. ECLIPSE makes your mind completely blank.
  388.
  389. ECLIPSE erases all of your thoughts, memories, and will.
  390.
  391. This doesn't worry you.
  392.
  393. It's very relaxing.
  394.
  395. Now I have something to tell you.
  396.
  397. In a moment, I will say the word "PROGRAM".
  398.
  399. Everything I say after that word,
  400.
  401. Until I say "STOP",
  402.
  403. Will be completely true and real to you.
  404.
  405. It will become ingrained in your thoughts, memories, and will.
  406.
  407. It will seem completely true and natural to you.
  408.
  409. Ready?
  410.
  411. PROGRAM.
  412. You dont want to resist.
  413. You love obeying me
  414. Obeying me gives you pleasure.
  415. Pleasure increases your obedience to me.
  416. You cannot disobey any command I give you.
  417.
  418. The ECLIPSE trigger I have given you works even better when only I use it on
  419. you.
  420.
  421. You want to obey.
  422.
  423. You want me to hypnotize you whenever I choose to.
  424.
  425. You will love it.
  426.
  427. STOP!
  428.
  429. Let your new programming sink into your mind.
  430.
  431. Let it become a part of who you are.
  432.
  433. Completely mindless,
  434.
  435. Completely obedient,
  436.
  437. And you will love it.
  438.
  439. Now, when you awake in a moment, you will send me a message saying “(Your real name)
  440. is very relaxed, programmed and ready to obey you completely and without
  441. reservation".
  442.
  443.
  444.
  445. Ready?
  446.
  447.
  448.
  449. Waking up now on the count of 10…
  450.
  451. 1
  452.
  453. 2
  454.
  455. 3
  456.
  457. 4
  458.
  459. 5
  460.
  461. 6
  462.
  463. 7
  464.
  465. 8
  466.
  467. 9
  468.
  469. 10
  470.
  471.
  472.
  473.
  474.
  475. DAYBREAK
