Preliminary Notes on USUM Retcons

The following is a preliminary draft of moves that were able to be taught to a Pokemon by Tutor in one gen, but is no longer able to learn, even if said Tutor appears across new games. This does not yet count the various Dream World cases, such as Sludge Wave Gastly, Koffing, and even Superpower Spinda.

This is a preliminary list that I made from manual analysis. If you have a way to cross reference TM and Tutor learn sets, then please do let me know so we can run a couple queries and find out more.
