Hello, I'd like to take a stance of defense for my self, first off I have not "stolen" any money. Every donation was entitled under my name, thereby nullifying the statement of thievery. And I had no intention of stealing the money, Visiiri and IDTL wanted only $200 back. IDTL is the group founder also, $100 has been sent, and only $100 at the moment due to transfer limit within a month. The other $100 is going to be sent in due time when it is possible. I kept account of all financial details for the group, I never stole ANYTHING, I made one mistake of $21.65, which was even then on non-group money, I regimented this mistake with $40 nearly double its worth. These people are stealing your money, they wish to purchase a $180/m server. Completely ignoring the hours of dedication, me and ylt put into the server. Miclee and visiiri have hardly done any worthwhile work to help the community in the server. Merely making a html page for a event and other stuff from Visiiri.
And Miclee has only provided minor little videos and promoted some things. Now lets get on to the fact of the matter. You do not just ignore hours upon hours of work from individuals. And then threaten to sue them, and deflame them publicly. Miclee has threatened legal action upon me, with the golden part "from mojang" He intends to file a claim on the money with "Mojang" This just shows the level of incompetence he presents believing they will do anything about this. And "shared server" nearly 8GB of ram, and a full ramdisk was allocated to the server, with a massive commit from the CPU all other functions on the server like 3 VPS's and 4 sites which put no drain on the resources were everything else.
And the group has lost NO money what so ever in these events. All the money is still accounted for, kept track of, and documented.
