  4. The "lacks total domination" percentages in the spreadsheet are seldom used. This is because a very specific situation is required to trigger them: The opponent must have 2+ monsters on the field, the player must have 1+ monsters on the field, and the AI must have a monster that is stronger than the player's strongest monster AND a monster that is weaker. Field boosts are taken into account, but equips aren't (except in a hyper-specific scenario that is detailed at the bottom of this paste).
  5.
  6. Example (Seto 3):
  7. - Player has MBD (3500)
  8. - Seto 3 has GG (3750) and B. Skull (3200)
  9.
  10. In this example, Seto 3 "lacks total domination." This gives him a 20% chance to set a magic, rather than his typical 40% if only GG is on the field, or 0% if only B. Skull is on the field.

  13.
  14. Here's the hyper-specific scenario: If the AI has 3+ monsters, and the monster with the lowest base ATK/DEF + field boost is equipped to become stronger than all of its other monsters EXCEPT the strongest monster, the AI no longer compares that monster to the player's. It only compares the monster with the lowest TRUE ATK/DEF.
  15.
  16. Example (Heishin):
  17. - Player has THTD (2800)
  18. - Heishin has GG (3750), BEWD (3000) and a Megamorphed Sanga (3600)
  19.
  20. In this example, the AI compares THTD's base ATK to BEWD's, since BEWD's true ATK is the lowest on Heishin's field. Since BEWD's base ATK is higher, Heishin has total domination. If Sanga isn't Megamorphed, the game compares its ATK instead, and since it's lower, Heishin "lacks total domination."
