  11. - Not 100% on this, but I'm almost positive General Guy switches between summoning a Spy Guy and a Pyro Guy every turn, starting with a Spy Guy. This might be wrong as I don't have developer confirmation and haven't checked the code myself, but in my experience he always started with summoning a Spy Guy and then summoning a Pyro Guy next.
