Mental Out V5 Drama CD Summary

-Shortly before the student council election, Kuroko and Komaki are doing Judgment work at the Tokiwadai branch
-Misaki shows up, says she's in Judgment now and has been assigned to their branch. Calls Kuroko "Shirai-senpai"
-They assume she Mental Out'd some choice people to get the position
-She wants to investigate how strict Judgment has been with the cliques recently
-Her clique has been hit especially hard and she assumes someone is manipulating Judgment into it
-When Misaki leaves the Judgment branch with Kuroko and Komaki, Mikoto sees it, laughs her ass off, asks if Misaki has finally been arrested, and wants to take a photo
-Junko joins them
-They run across Kusahami Yuhari (草食湯張) who isn't interested in joining any cliques
-At the cafe terrace, Misaki mentions how the winner of a clique contest (which acts like a preliminary round to the election) gets to choose an item to add to the cafe's secret menu
-They run across Gekirin Sayate (逆鱗鞘手), leader of the Gekirin Clique and also an actress in TV dramas
-They suspect Gekirin to behind the conspiracy against the Shokuhou Clique, using her entertainment industry connections to manipulate things
-Gekirin fires a warning shot of her power: Coilgun. By launching something that catches the air, she can launch a wall of air with a 50m range
-She says she can hit Misaki with the wall of air before she can operate her remote, so they let her leave untouched
-They decide to send Misaki out alone as a decoy that night so Gekirin will attack her
-Misaki is attacked and Kuroko, Komaki, Junko, and Mikoto all rush in
-The attacker is not Gekirin. It's Kusahami
-Kusahami has been manipulating things with social media and she has a grudge against Tokiwadai's clique system, saying it's unfair to people who don't want to be in a clique
-She wants to take down Misaki as a symbol of the cliques (since she's the leader of the biggest one)
-She says she had nothing against Mikoto as Mikoto isn't in a clique, but if Mikoto is siding with Misaki, so be it
-Mikoto tries to use Railgun but it fails and a steel beam breaks from the wall to knock her out
-Misaki tries to use Mental Out, but Kusahami knocks the remote away and steel beams her too
-Kuroko teleports in a metal spike but it explodes and Kuroko teleports herself and the others away
-Kuroko returns after removing all the metal from her person (metal spikes, uniform buttons, skirt zipper, etc.)
-Kusahami's power is Micro Flick which controls magnon quasiparticles
-Kuroko teleports the air contacting her body to blast holes in the walls and floor
-She teleports a small piece of air to create a hole in a fire extinguisher so it rockets over and hits Kusahami while she's distracted by the bigger attacks
-Later, Mikoto and Misaki are discussing the case
-Mikoto says she needs to tell Kuroko to never use the "teleporting the air" attack again because it creates a vacuum near her and is too dangerous
-Shokuhou reveals the entire thing about a clique contest determining who gets to add a new item to the cafe's secret menu was a lie she spread to draw out whoever was against her clique
-Kuroko realizes Mikoto and Misaki were beaten too easily by Kusahami even if they were caught by surprise. She accuses them of pretending to be defeated.
-They confirm it, saying they didn't want to bother with it
-Kuroko reminds Misaki she's still a part of Judgment and drags her away kicking and screaming to do Judgment work
-Misaki watches them go and implies this is Misaki's just deserts for being sneaking and dishonest
