Rules
1.) Alchers can't be attacked or can't attack someone else
2.) No spec stealing.
3.) No spec/spells that affects the amount off exp you gain.
4.) No host stealing.
5.) No overhead protection prayers, no soul split.
6.) Players are not allowed to pile the same person over and over again.
7.) 1-30 Defence - (players are not allowed to wear armor that requires a defence of 20 or higher) --- *(30-45 def allowed if they host a lot for #phtp)*.
8.) Never ban a hoster without a higher rank approving it.
9.) Try to find somebody who can host after you *(if you lose connection ask the person who took over if you can host again)*.
10.) Hosters must always be in the CC and irc. Unless they are having a Clan/Team event, after 3 warnings to join the CC they will be De-ranked by 1 Rank.
