  17. Extra: Eni are unable to feel extreme, agitating emotions, such as anxiety, fear, anger or giddiness. They are able to feel emotion, but it will never be anything greater than mild satisfaction.
  18.
  19. Politics
  20. System: Heavily hereditary, all males can be ranked in society by the number of beads they have on their forehead, from one up to six, where sixes are basically royalty while ones are little better than slaves. A male's rank is determined on birth, usually the same rank as their father. Should their father not be an Eni, or have done particularly outstanding and/or repulsive deeds, their ranking can be adjusted. Eni raised outside of a settlement of their own kinds and, therefore, with no beads, are treated as if they were of any other, neutrally friendly race. The female's "rank" is determined by their spouse, wherein all rules for a child may apply. Should she be unmarried, she will be treated as her father's class, once again, all rules stated above apply.
  21. Values: Almost exclusively family, to the point that being an orphan can affect your social standing beyond repair.
  22. Religion: They tend to believe in a predetermined fate, which due to their almost emotionless nature, they seem to accept without argument. They do not nescessarily believe in a bigger force, but no outside religions are ever shunned in their tribe.
  23. Settlements: Eni are a nomadic people, tending to relocate every six earth months. They are expert craftsmen and builders, working with ruthless efficiency while changing locations. An Eni village tends to be small, with little over 30 to 50 individuals each. Their houses are spacious, and ranks 1 through 4 have ranking specific sleeping spaces. Rank fives have their own, separate huts with basic commodities while rank sixes have the equivalent to a small mansion.
  24. Diplomacy: They are neutral to most civilizations, but are wary of those that have attacked them in the past. They refuse to engage in war, and should an attacker be persistent, they will simply move to a secret location to avoid combat. As they are simple people of few riches, their trade isn't abundant, so friendly relations are sparse.
  25.
  26. Tech
  27. Military: None. Some high ranking members are proficient in archery, but strictly for ceremonial purposes.
  28. Civilians: They show no interest in developing better tools or techniques, so they are often seen using fishing spears, handmade baskets, and basic stone and wooden tools, though they are able to make beautifully crafted items with them.
  29. Traditions: Eni hold only two types of festival: weddings, with varying levels of expenditures and commemoration based on rank, and their biannual move, which is all encompassing and can last up to the same amount of time spent searching for a new site. It is tradition that unmarried Eni not cut their hair, letting it grow and tying it into a high ponytail. During the wedding ceremony, instead of a ring exchange, the woman cuts her hair short, giving the ponytail for the man to wear as some sort of accessory, while the male finally lets down his hair to show his engaged status.
  30. Issues: The decreasing amount of space and food have been driving many Eni to leave their tribes and enter other societies, causing the purely Eni race to dwindle.
