Attack speed and Katana perks re-write mk2

Tier 1 Attack Speed
This character has been trained to increase the speed of their attacks at a basic level. Due to this training they are capable of making minor changes to the direction of their attacks and pull an attack back after it has already been initiated.

Tier 2 Attack Speed
This character has been trained to increase the speed of their attacks beyond the basic level. Due to this training they are capable of making greater changes to the direction of their attacks and change the limb with which they are attacking with, in order to employ a much greater range of feints.

Tier 3 Attack Speed
This character's attacking speed has now reached the point at which their limbs are difficult to follow with the naked eye, making each attack appear to blur. Not only can they completely alter the direction of any physical attack at will, they're capable of switching between attacks multiple times in a short space of time making it that much harder to follow.

Tier 4 Attack Speed
This character's attacks have reached the so called peak of speed. Each attack appears to be nothing more than a blur to the naked eye and are nigh impossible to follow without adequate training or a supporting doujutsu. Equipped with the ability to alter the direction of their attacks and switch through multiple attacks with complete ease, they are a true terror to fight in close quarters.

Tier 1 Katana Proficiency
This character has begun their journey on the long path kenjutsu. They have learned the basic stances and styles with the Katana and are capable of utilising the blade efficiently without causing accidental harm to themselves.

Tier 2 Katana Proficiency
This character's skill to utilise a katana has increased extensively. They are now able to coordinate their strikes with ease in order to deliver deadly and efficient blows to an opponent. With this increased ability their grip upon the katana's hilt has grown more fluid. Through minor finger movements and changes in grip, they have a much greater range of attacks available to them using the blade.

Tier 3 Katana Proficiency
This character's ability with a katana has stretched into the realm of an expert. They are able to counteract multiple opponents at the same time whilst wielding a katana, deal with incoming projectiles accurately in defensive posture, as well as press a powerful, pressuring offensive on their opponents. They have also now began to adopt their kenjutsu skill into similar weapons, such as the nodachi and the chokuto.

Tier 4 Katana Proficiency
This character's ability with a katana has entered the realm of masters, reaching an unprecedented, frightening level. They are on the precipice of utilizing Iaido on a masterful scale, and are able to handle small platoons of soldiers with relative ease. Every single strike is deadly, threatening to bifurcate opponents just through the pressure and strength of the strike alone. Each attack now becomes a simple blurred flash of silver, blade remaining clean even through the execution of their swing due to its speed and efficiency alone.
