VAC and Junk Code for CS:GO

VAC is a list based anti-cheat. This means the game checks the loaded files and if their signature matches the one in a list, it bans.

This means you can bypass it easily by adding or removing files. Here is proof.

Let's say that VAC has the MD5 signature 1354F573154A692CDF07C53616F38B3B in its database.
VAC detects that hash in your game, and proceeds to ban you.

[1354F573154A692CDF07C53616F38B3B ==> 1354F573154A692CDF07C53616F38B3B]

Now, you add junkcode and recompile. The signature is now 934CFA4DDC87675A5E16F459944D0729.
VAC sees the file and checks if its in the list.

[934CFA4DDC87675A5E16F459944D0729 =X> 1354F573154A692CDF07C53616F38B3B]

VAC will not ban you. Now, if that file gets detected, you just randomize the junkcode again and recompile.
