A freak tsunami traps shoppers at a coastal Australian supermarket inside the building - along with 12-foot Great White Sharks.
This movie is about a group of people who get trapped in a Supermarket after a Tsunami hits the coast of Queensland, Australia. But they soon find out that they have more to worry about than being in a flooded grocery store, there's 12 foot sharks swimming around them, and it's hungry.
Okay where&#39;s to start? A words cant describe how bad is this. the acting, CGI, script and the setting was really, really bad. the plot is absolutely pointless and unnecessary. The plot like this ... &#39;a f**king tsunami swept a shitty little city. and bringing a stupid f**king shark. there are some stupid survivor trapped in a ugly mall. they try so hard to escaped from that mall. but that won&#39;t be easy, because there are 2 stupid shark ready to butcher them.&#39; the end. what a beautiful story isn&#39;t it?<br/><br/>The 3D is just another eye gouging. the 3D is bad, really, really bad! Don&#39;t ever watch it. NEVER!
Actually &quot;Bait&quot; was my substitute for &quot;Mama&quot; when the latter was sold out. I kinda hesitated to choose &quot;Bait&quot; because I had virtually no information about it other than a plot summary. But I made my decision when I saw the name Julian Mcmahon. He&#39;s my favorite actor (and his acting in this film didn&#39;t let me down indeed :) Later on, while I was waiting for the show time, I searched the title &quot;Bait&quot; on IMDb and was a little upset to see a 5.1 average rating. But guess what, after watching the film, all I wanted to do is head home, go to IMDb and give this film a 7-star rating, which it better deserves. This film is surely above average, in terms of both pictures and acting.
