so my internet has been going on and off for last 2 days i call verizon they redirect me to india and tell me my 1 yr warrant is up after 6 months. they then proceed to tell me that they cant send me a new wireless modem/router because something about my service plan says they cant and i should go to a store to buy a new one. the nearest store is a minimum of 100 miles away. she then tells me i can call the billing department and they will send me a new one for some price. i told her she'll be hearing from my lawyer and hung up the phone. next time dont redirect me to fucking india you assholes and stop giving me cheap shit
