Greetings Primogen and Whips

As we’re having a hard time getting everyone together I’d like to begin this way. I would request each of you reply to this message with your comments beneath each question – there are currently 7 named and active Primogen and 4 active Whip. Once I have heard from at least 6 persons I will compile all of the responses and send it out to each person.

1)	I suggest we meet bi-weekly starting Saturday, October 28th at 8pm CST – this is an attempt to make meeting times more convenient for a majority.
a.	Do you wish to meet bi-weekly and at this time (every other Saturday 8pm cst)
b.	Do you wish instead to have several meetings when people can attend even if it is not a majority at each meeting.
c.	Should we go back to meeting monthly with virtual communication between meeting times.

2)	Does each Primogen and Whip understand the Prince’s ruling about ghouls and why they must be presented – why they are subject to the accounting just as a childe? Please discuss:

3)	Does each Clan know their defined domain as currently set – what have you done to secure the properties within your domain as ordered by the Prince?

4)	The matter of population control has come up – with a great many kindred entering the city, this could become a problem.
a.	This is why the Prince wishes Kindred to /only/ hunt in their own domain, at Secrets (VIP) or among their own herd
b.	Do you have a suggestion as to how to limit overpopulation?
c.	Is this something you are concerned about?

5)	The Giovanni are buying up property around the city – it has been said this is harmless. I do not feel that to be the case and have instructed Toreador to purchase any unowned property in our domain.
a.	What concerns do you have regarding this?
b.	What actions are you and your clan taking?

6)	There are a disturbing number of Setites in the city. As of yet they have not taken any action, but we know it is only a matter of time.
a.	How do you feel we should prepare?
b.	Should the Prince decree no more may enter Prospect?
