Dry Bowser's Balloon Bash

Dry Bowser, Toadette, and Petey Piranha were collecting all of the different colored balloons in the rainy streets of New Donk City, with the human New Donkers cheering them on as Mayor Pauline was performing a musical number to help keep the trio engaged and focused.

"Is this music really necessary?" Dry Bowser asked as he nabbed several yellow balloons.

"Well, it is helping you out, isn't it?" Pauline stated in a break from singing as she was snapping her fingers to the beat.

Dry Bowser: (rolls his eyes while brushing back his wet red hair) If anything, it's distracting me from actually-

Petey then bumped into Dry Bowser, reducing the skeletal reptile into a pile of bones as the mutant piranha plant laughed at this and stole the yellow balloons, placing them into his red pouch as he flapped his big green leaves and took to the rainy sky. Toadette grabbed Dry Bowser's skull and chucked it at several purple balloons, popping them as everyone gasped, with the mushroom girl forgetting that she had to collect the balloons and not destroy them.

"Oops! I didn't know all we had to do was just get them!" Toadette apologized as she blushed from embarrassment, rubbing the back of her pink mushroom cap sheepishly.

Dry Bowser groaned as he used his black magic to place himself back together, needing to get a new batch of balloons to make up for the ones that Petey snatched from him, with it continuing to rain in the Metro Kingdom.
