Hydro pump hits Pokemon like Diancie, Heatran, and Terrakion that resist Blizzard.
Dark Pulse hits other Pokemon that resist Blizzard, like Aegislash and Jirachi.
Protect helps it avoid speed-control.

Set Details
========

Max Speed and Special attack helps it hit somewhat hard and fast.
Life Orb increases it's damage output, while Focus Sash ensures it gets more than one hit off per game.
