Isaac had been trying his hand at finding ways to create material for his projects. Like most from the Vulpine Branch of the Special Units Project or S.U.P for short , his Mind was more like a typical Tuffel's.  Unlike most though he didn't have assess to the compounds replication technology.

He had the schematics for it but every replicator required a Tracking chip, or else it wouldn't work.   This was mainly to keep Beast-Folk from forming weapons that weren't regulated or accounted for. After what had happened with The Lycan branch of the project, things had become stricter for them as a whole.

He understood the concept of how it worked. Turning basic energy into matter. Though it required quiet a bit of power to do this. He didn't have the supplies to create a generator that could do that though he'd been looking over the schematics for months now. He was rather adept with Ki and Ki technology wasn't anything new. There were batteries that could be charged with it. He had been trying to build upon the idea of replicating the machine process.

He figured the process wouldn't be to different then the energy clone technique his parents had taught him when he was younger. With that basis in mind he began attempting to make something small. Like his mother had told him. He focused his mind and imagined something simple and small. Instead of a mirror image he started with something basic, a metal ball barring. Channeling energy into his hand he sat in front of his desk .

At first there were just flickers and then nothing. Modifying the energy flow from himself and he got something to manifest this time. But the ball barring began turning to dust after a few seconds. He scowled slightly wondeirng if perhaps he needed to take longer forming the object so it's more stable.

It took him some effort tweaking his energy flow and altering the length of time he gave on creating object's structure. But he had made a ball barring that was fully stable any not eroding away or turning to dust. If he knew the composition of something he found he could materialize it but complex  things had to many variables from him to take note of to make stable or not be malformed.
