  7. Stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, It’s the bodies way of preparing itself to the sensory feeling before it gets touched. There are many ways you can trigger it, the easiest way is touch, but another good way is through your ears.

  17. It’s common for English ASMR streams to be low quality, for indescribable reasons. On the other hand, English videos are generally good if greater than 80k views with exceptions. Flip-side Japanese ASMR streams are very good, and Japanese videos are sometimes lacking but not always
  18. Japanese Streams are the most common thing you’ll see in /asmr/ and it’s what it’s made for. You’ll often see a dumpanon sending a couple links for ASMR going live the following morning if you live in the Americas, afternoon for Europeans and night for JP/Australians/Islands. Be sure to thank them!

  22. Youtube is known to kill ASMR videos with no reason and without the ability to appeal. If you like a video it’s advisable to save it before it goes away forever (data hoarding ftw!) Below are a couple methods of doing so, and is in no way exhaustive.

  42. There’s mainstream ASMR (mostly hololive, nijisanji and maybe even some indie content) over on nyaa.si
  43. That would be my first place to look for nuked content, the second is niconico, If they own an alt account. Sometimes the creator prematurely puts it behind a paywall after the broadcast and they’ll probably just have it in the description if that does happen. Sometimes there will be a mega/torrent
