Avoid doing the time trial method in public lobbies. Reason being is that, each time you complete a trial, your completion time gets broadcast to everyone in the lobby who has done the trial. Nothing says "Report Me!" like telling everyone you complete a time trial in "00:00:3".
Don't be obvious! No one will have sympathy if you run around killing everyone in lobbies while in god mode (Invincibility). You aren't cool and you aren't good. This is why no one likes you.
If you're going to be teleporting 24/7, go off the radar. Nothing gives you away more than someone noticing your blip going back and forth across the map. Doesn't help that you produce a purple fart cloud after teleporting either.
Be smart when farming crates/supplies/cars in public sessions. Everyone in the lobby gets notified when you begin the retrieval work for those items. They also get notified when you complete the retrieval. If you're going to farm in public sessions, at least make it look legit; actually drive to and from the pickup (use car boosts and multipliers idgaf). If you're going to farm these CEO/Motorcycle Club items, do it in a closed session.
Keep it cool and private. You don't need to show off your leeching skills by telling everyone in the lobby that you're a "modder". For one, you're not cool. Hardly anyone likes modders because of all the griefing skids who can't handle such tools. Two, you're a leecher. Some of you can't even execute BBCode properly yet wanna be called a modder. Not everyone cares that you "mod". Feeling this "righteous" is a sure way to shut you and your 60 dollars up.
Don't bother clearing your reports. It won't do anything, okay? We are so sick of seeing people claiming that it does. Reports are stored server-side and this option hasn't truly worked since the 1.24 online title update. If anything, you're just flagging yourself, highly counterproductive.
