The Third True Magic, gained through the application of the concept of Anima, details on the Third True Magic's capabilities are unclear.

Divine Core of the Goddess (Grail): EX
Thanks to the presence of the Goddess Ishtar within her and the subsequent exorcism, Illyasviel's body has undergone a somewhat extreme change, her body adapting perfectly to the form of a deity among the removal of the rogue goddess from her being. Whereas before she was designed to contain Heroic Spirits, Illyasviel's nature has changed somewhat into being a Divine Grail that was made to contain divinities.
Whereas before, Illyasviel's existence could be called a miracle born of humanity, now she could only be called a miracle of divine creation, every aspect of her being has been enhanced, whereas before she was a frail and weak girl in all regards asides from her magecraft, now she is powerful in her own right, and her aptitude for magic has only increased thanks to her vastly improved magical energy.

Wishcraft: EX
A trait that Illyasviel was born with, allowing for the bypassing of magical theory in order to achieve any sort of effect she desires. However, this skill is incredibly cost inefficient, and requires a tremendous deal of magical energy to be used to any major degree, however, thanks to her status as a Pseudo-Goddess, she is capable of drawing upon a vast amount of energy, both from within herself and from the world around her, to emulate a form of Authority over Wishes.

Truth of Self: EX
A skill that has been gained from the application of the concept of 'Anima'. By calling upon this skill, Illyasviel can take on a form that is more in line with her 'true self', in addition to being a materialization of her soul itself. By using this skill, Illyasviel has access to a limitless amount of magical energy and an absolutely immortal body. Though this particular ability is also a function of the Third True Magic.
This skill can also be used on others in order to make them take on their 'true form', stripping away all impurities and leaving their soul unblemished and in doing so leaving the target with the mind of a newborn, effectively freeing them of sin through complete destruction of the ego.

Manifestation Animism: EX
This skill grants Illyasviel the ability to not only manifest the soul, but also that which has a soul. A level of creation on the level of the highest class of mystery, anything that Illyasviel wishes can be created, so long as it has a soul. This ability also allows for the creation of true Nature Spirits through the materialization of the souls of the environment.

Cage of Divinity: EX
A skill that seems to have originated from something other than the Goddess Ishtar, this skill allows for the perfect sealing of divinity within her body, which was already created to store the deceased spirits of heroes. The changes wrought on Illyasviel's body by the exorcism of the Mesopotamian Goddesses has granted her the ability to steal divinity from those she touches, the longer she touches them, the more their divinity fades and the more Magical Energy Illyasviel has at her disposal. A Demigod brought down to the level of a human would see their parameters drop, for certain, whereas a Divine Spirit or even a God touched by Illyasviel for long enough would simply cease to exist entirely and their divine core would be incorporated as part of Illyasviel's own.
