Here at Blizzard CP, we are a non-profit remake of Disney's Club Penguin, created for educational purposes for teenagers under the age of 18. We have no affiliation with Disney Interactive, Club Penguin Inc, or anything associated with these [parties]. Content by Disney interactive that is being used on this website is protected under Fair Use for Education Purposes 17 U.S. Code § 107. We have no advertisements on our website, and we do not require any purchases for in-game features. We also do not offer "perks" such as memberships within our service. We are a kid-friendly organization that has filters, and we have an active staff team to keep any vulgar language away.



1. The information we collect

In our register, we process a parent's email address, a child's online username, and a child's password to the account. We collect this information so the child can take part and use their account to play in our virtual world, play "mini games", and view content. We collect the email to notify the parent about our privacy practices, to send the parent communications about the parent's and the child's accounts, or features inside our website, to send the parent periodic newsletters if anything is needed to be sent. We take measures to make sure that the children can not send personal information. We are not responsible for the information that the child chooses to send through that chat function. We take measures such as live moderation so that users cannot communicate personal information through chatting. We use Cookies on our website to store user's preferences, such as a saved login to their penguin. You can choose to have your computer warn you every time a cookie is being sent, or you can turn off all cookies. You can do this through your browser settings. However, if you turn off these cookies you won't have access to features that make your experience smoother, and some things might not function properly.



2. How we store the information we collect

We may disclose information where we are required to do so by the laws, in response to a court order, or where we have to disclose information to internet service providers or other companies who provide support for operations on our website and do who do not use or disclose the information for any other purpose. We also may disclose PII in response to a law enforcement agency's or other public agency's (including schools or services for children) request, or if we feel that such disclosure may prevent the instigation of a crime done, facilitate an investigation to public safety or protect the safety of a child using our website, and services. We protect the security or integrity of our website or enable us to take precautions against illegal actions.

We do not allow ANY third-party companies to advertise to our users. Our intention is to keep our website free from any direct advertising.
