Alright, to increase role-play in the Hitman Agency, I've come up with these guide-lines.

----- JOBS AND DUTYS, RANK: 1 -----

You've just got into the Agency, congratulations! Now, here's where the work starts. As a rank one, you're a freshman and you need to work your way into being a Hitman, not jump into the field un-prepared. Your maing priority as a rank one, is to not do hits, but make sure you KNOW HOW to do hits.

**You're a messanger. When a contract comes in, you will radio it over the portable radio with all the details attatched to it, you will act as somewhat of an office aid**

**You WILL be granted to do hits when it's nessecary, you are NOT permitted to do hits alone, if you DO do a hit, you're required to be with a Higher Ranking Agent**

----- JOBS AND DUTYS, RANK: 2 -----

Alright! You're rank two, movin' up.. You're now a Marksman. If a Freelancer reports a contract in that you may want, or there's a contract you want, you always radio-in a superior for their permission to do the hit, and arrange and IC meeting to properly get the contract.

**You may do solo-hits**

**Your job, is to do hits, and assist the Free-Lancers**

Agent, 'eh? - Congratulations. You're showing some good work, obviously. We expect you to be looked at as some-what of a leader, you're mid-way through your career in the Agency. You still need to ask for permission and arrange all meetings ICly.

**You may do solo-hits**

**Rank 2 contract guide-lines apply. Do hit's with free-lancers/Marksmen **

----- JOBS AND DUTYS, RANK: 4 -----

Special Agent! nice... When the Director / Vice-Director isn't online, you're in charge, you're responsible for giving out contracts and doing your own, and.. if they "need" to be doing a hit, helping Free-Lancers. You DO need to ask permission to do hits, but you do NOT need to arrange and IC meeting to receive the contract, seeing when you're promoted you'll be given access to the "Vault"
