- Description: The trio walked up to Wendy and demanded money. She complied, but instead of taking the money, Douglas shot Wendy, before they fled the scene. Lewis was wearing an ankle bracelet at the time as part of the terms of his probation.

Lewis pleaded guilty to manslaughter in 2012 and was sentenced to 10 years. Douglas was found to have an IQ 56, and was said to be mentally ill and incompetent to stand trial. He was released from a mental hospital a few years ago. Cloud agreed to a plea bargain that saw him get 10 years for manslaughter, with early release, in exchange for testifying against Douglas, and getting his GED.
