A battle with a Demon

[18:32] The creature would have never thought he could come across someone who use light and shadow.

"Interesting. You may taste very delicious very much indeed." The academy had such promising delicacies that the beast would indulge indeed today. Though these children hit hard.

The boy's shadow magic slamming into the dark spirit would send it into a wall. Though the gravity would push it off the wall.

"FOOLISH HUMAN!"

It would screech in anger.

With the children fighting with all their heart. The spirt would not show mercy.

As the boy would seek to get up. He be lift into the air.

"I have a special treat for you."

He would feel his mana being suck away and dark eerie energy would lash at his body all over. Lashes of darkness lingered around his upper torso. A feeling of regret and sorrow would fill his mind. As the creature would throw the child away like a toy.

[18:34] The chaotic conflict appeared for all to see, garnering the attention of passing by magi by the appearance of Hel-spawn battling students.

Rushing to the scene itself, Xander jumped through the clearing. Hitting the ground hard before yanking around his rifle to take aim.

This was another chance for him, an opportunity to finally capture one of them. To test his strengths against such a creature who spawned from Hel. A true test to place himself with in their world.

Without a word, a gravitational force reached towards Heron. Yanking them from the hellish flames towards safety.

Raw mana exploded from his frame as he stepped closer towards the demon at hand. Raising his rifle high as they followed the scene through his iron sight. Attempting to find a well placed shot, only to come to nothing.

It was only when his peer fall did he finally have a shot.

*BANG*

Empowered with his magics, bullets tore through the air, aiming to attack the Demon were it stood. "Keep looking down on us mortals and you'll find yourself hurting." he called from afar, starting to rush forward as he reloaded his chamber.

[18:49] The battle was unlike any others, a temptation that led the darkness out of him. As Xander stood firm, occultic energies grew from his body. Attacking his core as darkness dripped from his form.

From the very start, metaphysical powers combatted another. Each in their own right powerful as they fought for dominance over the landscape. The winds turned against itself as the fabric of reality shook underneath their grasp.

Occult magic clashed against Xander's raw mana, contesting to prove which was superior. Blackholes spiraled out of control, tearing apart the wildlife as the two contested some more.

"Will this show you that mortal life is more than just sacrificial pigs? Or do I have to hit it into your head some more." Grinning hard, he screamed out in anger. Flipping the script, he finally managed to overwhelm the demon. Grabbing a hold if it's ghastly form before sending them skywards.

With a flick of his hand, the being fell. It's body falling towards the ground in a high velocity as Xander's magic accelerated it's descent. Slamming it's frame into the ground as a crater formed upon it's landing. Finishing the fight as the creature seemed dazed after it's multiple fights. Leaving them vulnerable towards his grasp.

Manipulating it's frame once more, he beckoned the creature towards him to hold them close for an exchange of silent words.

Before long, Xander tossed the Hel-Spawn to the side. "Come find me when your not weakened by others... I know that, that wasn't your full strength." he casted before turning to his peers with worry.

[18:54] The creature would indeed learn these humans were to not be played around with. He had under estimated them a little to much and this where he learn that these types of choices make big consequences.

The battle was a force that shook the area between the two.

Though the cosmic burns and slash came back to hunt him.

"ARGHHHHHH!"

Though as the young man's power would be so destructive it cause the spirit to sink away.

It had enough taste of essence today.

"Excellent. Very excellent."

With the grasp on the spirit it would hear the words and screech.

Though it with the damage done the spirit would fade into the darkness. "We shall see human. We shall see...."

Broken and defeated it was time to recover.
