  26. 1 you need to have a clear goal and the ability to match people. Some people can not work with others and even if they have ability do not work in houses long term.
  27.
  28. 2. in the past I try to have the lightest touch possible. Let people know what is expected of them and let them go.
  29. 3. Stats handled on the way in or taken into consideration when planning. Inactivity is ok for certain time periods because life happens but only for reasonable periods. 30 days of unexplained absence is a good rule. if someone is planning time off use the 20 day rule. leave 20 days and rejoin house when you are ready
  30.
  31. 4 discuss what you want when you start or people join the house. some decisions have to be made but most are an agreement. People are here to have fun so make it fun.
  32.
  33. 5. I ask people to keep drama to the minimum and if they become a pain in the ass let them go. some people can get along with no one, some people are not trustworthy some people are multis and play both sides against each other. Do not get mad about it but do not accept things that ruin everyone elses game.
  34.
  35. 6. Straight forward is best approach. Plite but to the point.
  36. 7 i do not currently

  64. 1: A good leader is knowledgeable, strong and leads by example and respect.
  65. 2: *family* I wont run a house, Protecting one of the biggest IN families pretty much eats all my time.
  66. 3: each situation is different. Only attack with a reason. playing for respect all conflicts should be dealt with verbally. If its not resolved that way I begin my hitting. If it continues I then hit others to get the point across. I never start verbal conflict as I am a quiet male till provoked.
  67. 4:Its always whats best for the family. Our rules make everyone a protector. Most situation are brought to the elders to decide
  68. 5: Our rules keep everyone responsible for others big or small
  69. 6: I got no time for small talk or RP. We have a chatroom where questions can be answered and the fams input is there. I'm quiet
  70. 7:I send adoption applicants to my wife. she is the one with patience
