An uneventful food fight

Covet: Tae was sititng at a booth eating a slice of pie while doing some reading for one of her classes. She was trying hard not to fall asleep while reading over the text.
Alexithymiaa: -Noah wandered in pretty baked with the intent to eat the shit out of something extremely greasy. He stopped at the front counter to order himself a burger and fries with a soda and then swung his glance around to see Tae sitting at one of the booths. Making his way over, he dropped in across from her, unable to battle back to goofy grin on his face. "What're you doing?"-
Covet: "Oh... Hey. I'm studying." She said sitting up straight, then looked at her phone. "What are you doing?" She asked him as she took another bite of her pie.
Alexithymiaa: "Waiting for my burger." He said excitedly, turning around to look in the direction of the kitchen door to see if he was on its way out yet. "I'm starving."-
Covet: "Gee I wonder why..." Tae said with a smirk. "Your eyes pretty much say as much." She looked at her phone and smiled at the message, doing the whole coy biting her lip thing because it was a boy who was texting her.
Alexithymiaa: (YAAAAAAAAS)
Alexithymiaa: -When he turned back around to look at her, he noticed her staring at her phone and making a fucking face. "What's wrong with me eyes?" He asked quickly.-
Covet: "They're so glassy I could see my reflection in them." She told him sticking her tongue out, before returning to her message, hitting send, before she looked over at Noah.
Alexithymiaa: "You make it sound like its a bad thing." He said with a snicker, not turning away from her with her texting. He gave a quick nod in the direction of her phone. "Who're you talking to?"-
Covet: "It's not. It was just an observation." She said then glanced at her phone, "Oh just a guy who's apparently going to be in my class next semester."
Alexithymiaa: "Oh." He said quickly, trying to play it off like he didnt care even though he was instantly bothered by her words. He looked up when the waitress brought out his burger and fries, reaching for one off the plate as she was in the process of setting it down. "So you're talking about class?"-
Covet: "Well, sort of. We're talking about wanting to meet up and get to know each other. Might make the class a little easier. " She said looking over at him. "Why do you ask?"
Alexithymiaa: "What? No reason." He said just a little too quickly for it to sound casual. He picked up his burger and took a big bite, looking for a reason to shut himself up.-
Covet: Tae looked at him. " uh huh... Sure." She told him. " He's a pretty good looking guy. Maybe I'll try to partner up with him when class calls for it."
Alexithymiaa: "What does him being good looking have to do with wanting to partner with him? Shouldnt you want to partner with someone based on how good they are in the class? Maybe you'll meet someone when you get there who's like a genius or something." He said quickly, shoving more burger into his mouth.-
Covet: "Because if you're a good looking couple it adds to your performance." She told him with a shrug. "I'm pretty sure that dancing isn't about brains...It's about grace, and talent and strength." She said biting her lip, as she took another bite of pie.
Alexithymiaa: "Oh, it's a dance class?" He asked, his shoulders visibly relaxing because now he assumed this guy was gay. "How does being good looking add to your performance?"-
Covet: "Yeah, and looking good just makes the whole performance look good." Tae said with a shrug. "But I'm excited, because a professional dance clase, getting up and close and personal with this guy could be pretty fun."
Alexithymiaa: "I mean... sure I guess." He said, still a little annoyed that she was still talking about it like this even though in his mind the dude had to be gay.-
Covet: "What's with that tone in your voice?" She asked him with a smirk on her lips because he was kind of transparent.
Alexithymiaa: "what tone?" He asked sharply like he wasnt being fucking obvious.-
Covet: "That tone." She said pointing at him with her fork. "It's like... you have feelings about this or something." She said knowing that calling him jealous was just going to make him mad.
Alexithymiaa: "I dont have any feelings about this." He said quickly, taking another bite of his burger. "Why would I have feelings about your gay dance partner?"-
Covet: "Um..who said he was gay?" Tae asked with a laugh. " I don't know... why would you have any feelings about this Noah?

Alexithymiaa: "Well... he's a dancer..." He started in like it was an obvious thing. "I don't know, you're the one who thinks I feel any sort of way or something"-
Covet: "So? All dancers are gay?" She asked him. "That's a pretty cliche assumption to make."Tae said scoffing at him. "Because you're giving attitude like you feel some sort of way about this."
Alexithymiaa: "Kind of yeah." He said like that wasnt fucking offensive. "I'm not giving attitude, you're giving attitude. I'm just trying to sit here eating my burger and you're all like ohhh new dance partner guy."-
Covet: "Well that's stupid to think. Not all male dancers are gay. There's a lot of different styles of dance, and some of them guys are needed, and their sexuality doesn't matter." She said to him, then glared, "I'm pretty sure I was here first, and you came and joined me...so if you're going to keep being a jerk, because I'm entertaining you at my table, I'll leave."
Alexithymiaa: "How am I being a jerk? I just don't want you on about some random ass dancer guy in my face and that's somehow me being a jerk?" He asked quickly, picking up a fry and throwing it at her.-
Covet: "I wasn't throwing him in your face. You asked who I was texting so I told you. Then you got all weird about it. Kind of like you were jealous or something. I don't know." She said throwing his fry back at him.
Alexithymiaa: "Jealous?' He scoffed dramatically, picking up a whole handful of fries and throwing them in her face. "Why the fuck would I be jealous?"-
Covet: "Hey!" Tae said glaring at him. "Because you're acting like an elementary school kid the minute I call you out on it. Seriously Noah."
Alexithymiaa: "That's just what you THINK. That doesnt mean I actually am jealous. And there's nothing for me to be jealous about ANYWAY." He said dramatically, throwing more fries at her.-
Covet: "Stop it!" She said getting after Noah. "Then why are you getting all tudey about me texting another boy?"
Alexithymiaa: "Make me!" He yelled at her, pitching another fry at her for good measure. "I'm not getting all tudey! You're just being a bitch about it first."-
Covet: "Whatever Noah." Tae said as she got up and pushed the fries off herself and cleaned off her stuff so that she could gather up her things.
Alexithymiaa: -Now that he effectively had eaten none of the fries and had only thrown them at her, he watched her getting up from the table, furrowing his brows. "What's your problem?"-
Covet: "You...You are my problem." Tae said bluntly before walking off and heading to her vehicle to head back to the OCH not offering Noah a ride home at all.
