Minsorc Cliff Notes:
Buffs scale off of your personal stat of which you are buffing. Ex. PDEF buff scales off of your PDEF
Cycle SP properly - don't go below ~50 unless absolutely necessary, recover before Shinma, before pushes, when shipping and getting shipped
Buffs are generally more impactful than debuffs, as debuffs disappear upon getting shipped.
The number on buff and debuff is an **rough percentage estimate** on how much stat has been lowered. Buff = roughly 5% each stack, caps at 100% / Debuff = roughly 5% each stack up to 10 stacks, then 2% per stack to 20, which caps at 70%
There is a "soft cap" on buffing at +10, which lowers by 50%. This makes buffing harder, but does not make the stat change any different.
If you use orb in colo i'm reporting you to yoko taro, yoshi-p, and KMR (this is because rearguard damage is reduced by 90%)
Distribute your buffs/debuffs evenly. If you see our frontguard has debuffs, buff them, if enemy is super buffed, debuff them, etc.

How to get stronger:
Ask front guild members to carry you in raids/events
Don't ignore subgrid, spam weapon gorilla for sword and level whatever strong vanguard weapons you pull
FARM ARMOUR
Upgrade everything equally - Support Boons to 3, then 6, etc., classes too - level all to 4, then 8, then max
Use a vanguard grid (or orbs lol) for farming upgrade events, it's faster

Grid:
SUPPORT BOON is GOD. Why? It's an additional multiplier that can be procced ON ANY CAST. So if you have 20 weapons w/ support boon you could theoretically proc TWENTY (20) support boon. However, Support Boon I is kinda trash so no point in taking a weaker weapon just for it.

We want to have TWO grids - one with a few staves, and one without any staves (but maybe some depending on our guild heal setup). If today's shinma has staves, we use the one with staves. No shinma? No staves. ez clap Most staff support skills are good so just use strongest
