Personality:
Junko Enoshima is the embodiment of despair. She lives and breaths it, it's the one emotions that basically keeps her going. Of course she feels all other emotion such as anger, pain, love and joy, but despair is the one that overpowers them all and is her endgame. It's her purpose in life and how she has developed since a young age.

At first glance, she's a Fashionista and model given that is her unoffical Ultimate title. Junko is quite popular with people, being rather charismatic and open to talking to others, coming off as too talkative sometimes. She is also rather eager to experience with new things, not allowing herself to limit her 'enjoyment' because where is the fun in that and Junko is a carefree type of person. This allows her to make friends and get along with people easily, but there have been times where Junko has gone overboard and pushed some people away, not that she would care. Or so this is how she displays herself to be as such in front of others, wearing one of her many masks that plays a large role in her life.

But the truth is that Junko is actually the Ultimate Analyst, causing her to be actually bored in life and that is why she seeks despair. As someone who is able to analyze a person or situation easily, seeing what the outcome will be, it makes everyone and everything in the world rather dull. There is nothing interesting and this is where despair steps in because it's unexpected. Nobody would ever see despair coming and what the outcome of it would be and that is why Junko likes it so much. People's reaction is like a box of chocolates -- you never know what you're going to get. This is why she self-proclaims herself as the Ultimate Despair because that's Junko, that is her life.

This is what pushes her to get into Hopes Peak Academy and, for lack of better words, fuck shit up. By befriending people, growing close to them and watching other people get close and bond with each other, Junko was able to make The Tragedy happen in order to spread despair. She has no shame about forcing people to kill each other and later on, watch their best friend die to drive people into despair with the help of some brain washing. After all, as long as they are despairing one way or anything and going to spread it then Junko doesn't care. That said however, not everyone had been brainwashed. Two people in the Remnants had not and there are also the other Reserve Core students.

All Junko needed to do was find out secrets, steal them and spread them out to the world for everyone and anyone to see.

Which she had to thank her beloved sister and childhood friend for. Without them, Junko wouldn't have been able to put any of this into motion and without them, she wouldn't have gotten a piece of her own medicine when it came to piece. Because after all, the best way to feel despair for yourself is for someone you love to die which has happened to Junko twice and in fact, she had killed them herself. They are actually the only people that she has had directly killed due to everyone else being influenced by other or set up as an execution. Yasuke Matsuda is the first one she killed, he's her friend that she had known since she was a child and someone she grew to love.

Junko had decided to kill him during a fit of despair, destroying his body by beating it as she felt incredibly strong despair because she had made the man she loved suffer and feel his own despair and killing him. After tasting that amount, Junko wanted to feel it again and that's why later on she decides to kill her own sister, Mukuro Ikusaba as a split-second decision and to show her classmate what happens when they break the rules. Unfortunately for Junko though, she did not feel the same amount of emotions as she did with Yasuke and because of that, she kept on trying to find other ways to feel her own despair.

So it's clear that despite her love for despair, Junko does have other emotions. She had gotten quite upset when Yasuke has died as she cried over him while she also felt saddened about Mukuro's death. They are both people she had grown up with and loved, despite how she would treat them from time to time. She can show expression of true excitement and happiness. But at the end of the day, her love for despair is powering.

Abilities: As Ultimate Analyst, Junko has the ability to analyze a situation within a couple of seconds and because of this, she can manipulate and read people easily along with come up with plans easily. Thanks to this ability, Junko is able to see what a person will do before they do it and how a plan will end. With the use of Analyzing, she is also able to be Ultimate Fashionista thanks to being able to see what future trends will be in the fashion world.

As Ultimate Despair, Junko is able to spread her despair quite easily when people come into contact with her. It's almost like a disease that will infect people. Those they are cheerful most of the time can easily avoid this however.

Strengths and Weaknesses: Junko is smart, very smart thanks to being Ultimate Analyst and is able to see what other people can't see. The downside to this though is that Junko gets bored very easily which can cause her to be grumpy and lash out at people, mostly those that are closest to her. While Junko is happy to plan everything out and work hard on setting up a situation, more often or not, she'll avoid getting her hands dirty if it's possible to do so.

Disgusting. [ Looking down at her clothes, Junko makes a face. How could she be missing her school uniform, one that she added style to, and instead be forced to wear some with zero style. She snatches up the pamphlet and makes a face as she starts to read it. ] So someone thinks that they'll be the boss of me, huh? And to sacrifice... maybe I can make a different deal with them.

[ A rather sly smile spreads out on her lips. This could turn out to be fun if she can someone connect to the so-called 'Gods'. ] It sounds like despair will be welcomed here at least. [ And that makes her less upset about having her clothes swapped. Humming, she taps her cheek. ] I better not waste any more time here.

[ Because if she can get close to people, maybe she can use them one way or another. All she needs to do is charm them, a simple task for someone like her. Depending on how much fun this turns out to be, she might not even want to go back home. Despair is all she needs and if Junko can help cover the world in blood and despair, then she'll be more than happy to please these Gods. Fixing up her clothing and undoing the top buttons of her shirt, checks herself out one more time before finally being ready. ] Now, let's go make some friends!
