  1. [00:00] Recording started.
  2. [00:28] Joseph Lock says, "Joseph Lock, presiding over interview of one Doctor Jaden Halliwell, investigation into claims of malpractice."
  3. [00:38] Joseph Lock says, "I know absolutely nothing of what went on, so how about you just start from the begining for me."
  4. [00:51] Jaden Halliwell asks, "The beginning of the patient's treatment?"
  5. [01:01] Joseph Lock says, "Lets start with when Doctor Songna entered the medbay."
  6. [01:07] Joseph Lock asks, "What were her injuries and how did you deal with them?"
  7. [01:35] Jaden Halliwell says, "A paramedic brought her in. And requested assistance in general."
  8. [01:36] Jaden Halliwell says, "I responded."
  9. [01:44] Jaden Halliwell says, "The patient was already in a scanner when I arrived."
  10. [02:18] Jaden Halliwell says, "I checked the scanner, which showed fluid in the lungs - minor blood loss minor burn damage on organic limbs - and respitory damage."
  11. [02:57] Joseph Lock asks, "Alright...and you did what next?"
  12. [03:06] Joseph Lock says, "Do it, the Psychiatrist can take custody."
  13. [03:16] Jaden Halliwell says, "I ejected the patient from the scanner and administered my hypospray which is equiped with Atropine, Epi, and Tri. To stabalize the patient who's help was degrading rapidly."
  14. [03:50] Jaden Halliwell says, "I radioed Faith to bring the Pulmodeiectionem that she was working on."
  15. [04:42] Joseph Lock asks, "And Miss Windsor did so, picking up where you left off?"
  16. [04:42] Jaden Halliwell says, "Faith, instead of handing the drug over to me or administering it to the patient - as she stated previously that she is a trained doctor. SHe decided to provide a demonstration of the differences of Dexallin and Pulmodeiectionem."
  17. [04:57] Joseph Lock asks, "Can you clarify on this..demonstration a bit more?"
  18. [05:00] Jaden Halliwell says, "Administering the Pulmodeiectionem last."
  19. [05:41] Jaden Halliwell says, "A previous patient was brought into medical with a ruptured lung according the printed scan results. He and Faith were both convinced that the lung was filled with fluids instead."
  20. [05:54] Joseph Lock asks, "He?"
  21. [05:56] Joseph Lock asks, "Who is He?"
  22. [06:02] Jaden Halliwell says, "I stuck to my guns as the cause being a ruptured lung as per the scan results printed."
  23. [06:23] Jaden Halliwell says, "Cran Conway is the patient that started the whole concept of Faith's demonstration."
  24. [06:58] Joseph Lock says, "Okay....a synopsis of this being. You asked Faith Windsor to provide a medication to clear the fluids in Songna's lungs, but Windsor elected to show the properties of Dexalin prior to adminstering the treatment to the root problem."
  25. [07:22] Joseph Lock asks, "Does that sound correct to you?"
  26. [08:02] Jaden Halliwell says, "After the lung was healed, they both were stuck on it being fluid. So, knowing that is wasn't fluid, I administered an inhaler of dexalin to calm his nerves and explained that it would fix the problems by solidifing the liquid and coughing it up. Faith denied this aspect and pointed to the correct medication of Pulmodeiectionem. And wanted to demonstrate the differences between the two."
  27. [08:06] Jaden Halliwell says, "Yes, that sounds correct."
  28. [08:18] Jaden Halliwell says, "While Faith's knowledge of Pulmodeiectionem is correct. there was no medical need for Pulmodeiectionem."
  29. [08:24] Joseph Lock asks, "This decision then is where you found your grounds for dismissal of her?"
  30. [08:30] Jaden Halliwell says, "I only provided the dexalin to easy the patient's mind."
  31. [08:37] Jaden Halliwell says, "I did not dismiss her."
  32. [09:03] Joseph Lock says, "I ask because I was informed by two different individuals that you had talked of dismissing Faith Windsor, if thats not something you'd attest too, we can disregard that."
  33. [09:15] Jaden Halliwell says, "But yes, she administered the dexalin first and spoke of how it wouldn't work even though I did not order Dexalin."
  34. [09:29] Joseph Lock says, "Right, I think we're done here. End Recording."
  35. [09:31] Recording stopped.
