- Note: Restraint doubles as a charm and a def down. Medium/ strong restraint is so strong it might as well be para but you can use skills.
- Note 2: You will need 2 cleanses to get rid of restraint from both ougis. The dummy debuff (def break/ curblind) will always be cleansed first.
