- Cook taters in Instant Pot, little water in the bottom with splash of garlic powder, knife in tater, taters on trivet, 22 minutes high pressure.
- Place in tupperware, fridge for at least 2 hours to form resistant starches!
- Pull from fridge and slice into rings, then quarter the rings into chunks.
- Place in tupperware bowl, add:
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Rosemary
- Black pepper
- Liquid aminos
- Preheat air fryer 5 minutes at 400F.
- Place tater chunks in a single layer, cook 10 minutes at 400F, shake up and agitate at the 5 minute half-way mark!
