  1. Around the middle of math on third or fourth period Thursday, Reegan had taken out a bottle of apple juice which what at the time I was told and convinced was a bottle of Josh’s apple juice that had been peed in. Seeing it as a funny joke at the time (not so much now), I made the poor decision of filming it which I now very much regret. The recording that was posted on snapchat was about 1.5 seconds long and didn’t particularly humiliate him in way other than a caption saying ‘drinking pee’. When this happened, I saw it nothing more as a joke on a good friend with no serious malicious intent. This wasn’t a case of bullying or a planned out event to humiliate something, it was a joke on a friend. Reflecting on the incident, I can see that it wasn’t particularly funny and can see that Josh definitely didn’t think so, hence the situation. It wasn’t until after school when we were walking back to cars, busses etc. for pickup that I was told it wasn’t actually pee at the time of Josh drinking and it was at lunch time that Reegan had actually peed in the drink and was messing around with it.

  3. I’ve talked to and apologised to Josh for everything and explained to him this wasn’t an incident of bullying/teasing/humiliation, it was intended as a joke and was clearly not taken that way and I can very clearly see that now.
