  171. - Hex Bolt: A bolt of chaotic magic. Whenever an enemy is struck by a hex bolt, the target immediately suffers a debilitating streak of bad luck. Currently strong enough to cause minor inconveniences (weapon jamming, tripping over themselves, etc.)
  172. - Luck Drain (Passive): At any time, you can choose to activate or deactivate Luck Drain. When active, I roll a d15+5 to determine how much luck you siphon. It only impacts foes.
  173. - Roll the Die: Once every mission, you have the option to re-attempt a skill check or force an enemy to re-roll with a -40 malus. This includes critical failures.

  176. - Twister: Generate a small tornado within your general area. Currently capable of throwing small objects and moderately buffeting an average human.
