» |HISTORY: Terry Ives was born to a high-class family in Bath, England, during the winter of 1995. Her father worked as a sales manager, her mother as a successful paediatric cardiologist. Because of those circumstances, she didn't see her parents until late at night, and was taken care of by her older sister, Alice — the girl who taught her all the swear words by the time she was 5. By the time she was 9, she let her wander off into the city alone, something she got awfully scolded for. She'd often end up sitting in the park talking to equally lonely people.
     Terry and her family relocated to Seoul, South Korea, when she was 10, in 2005. She was told it was for a “fresh start”, but she knew for certain it was because her mother received an opportunity to be Chief of Surgery in the biggest South Korean hospital in the country. She and Alice were almost completely illiterate in the Korean language, and that was the reason behind their incredible shyness and introversion. They were homeschooled for eight months until Terry picked her ass up from the floor and began learning the language.
     Following seven months worth of intent studying, and her whining about how hard it is to make friends, she finally attended high school aged 12, about the same time Alice attended college.
     During her first project in Drama Class, Terry ended up writing the script, like a loser. She sat on a table at Starbucks, with her MacBook, listening to music for inspiration while she sipped her pumpkin spice. A few hours later, when she was just about to leave, someone started a conversation with her: he gave her his business card, and left, just as she noticed the card said “Bloom Ent.”
     Whether she should audition or not was a debate, but her friends made a huge deal of it, by telling everyone she’d become a huge singer star, like BoA. But the attention eventually ended, and Terry made the decision to audition for acting.
     Bearing in mind that she was 13, and child actors didn't make as much money then, the entertainment decided to contact her asking if she'd become a K-Pop trainee instead. Terry decided to say yes to that, however reluctantly, and performed again. She was accepted a few weeks later, to her strange delight.
     Trainee life wasn't easy, but when has it ever been for anyone? She tried hard, even though she was practically hopeless at the arts, especially dancing. But, after 8 years of on-and-off training, Terry was set to debut in girl group sub-unit, Spice.

SECTION THREE: INCEPTION.

» |PERSONALITY: Terry Ives is what you would call a natural leader: it's easy for her to take charge in perilous situations. It's normal for her to make a plan, tell it and say firmly, "this is the way we're going to do it", regardless of how far-fetched her idea is. No matter how much you don't like the way she wants things to be, her smooth communication skills and subtle persuasions will have the whole group agreeing on her idea.
   She's proved herself as a useful tool, not only as a leader but as a communicator. Her knowledge in English could potentially prove helpful when tackling foreigners - but she's never been faced with a situation where it's necessary.
   She can also be a bit hot-tempered at times, even if you haven't done anything wrong. You can tell she's in a mood when she sits down, crosses her arms and won't reply to anything. This kind of behaviour happens several times a week, and the rest of the group have accepted this as some kind of weekly routine.
   Occasionally, these emotions will spiral out of control. When this happens, it's best to shove her in her room and leave her alone. Eventually, she'll fall asleep no matter what the time is. This usually happens after she throws all the feathers from her pillow around the room, realises she's going too far, and decides to take a nap on the floor. That also means the room is occupied for the next 12 hours, so her roommate is forced to sleep in the living room.
   She's also a major hypocrite. You leave things to the last minute? You'll get shouted at. If she leaves things to the last minute, it's because she's stressed, she's got a lot of things on her mind and you can shut your mouth promptly. If you drop your ice cream, shut the fuck up, it's just an ice cream. If she drops her ice cream, the world must stop what they're doing and get her a new one immediately. Living with Terry is like living with a giant baby.
   She also refuses to admit when she's wrong, most of the time. She will churn out tons of excuses just so you can't get a word in edgeways, make a loud noise and sit in another room to "think things through". She accepts that she's being problematic, but makes no move to change her behaviour.
   She can be viewed as an overachiever, because none of her efforts are seen as good enough. She'll get home from school after an exam, sit in silence, and think with highly analytical thinking, where she could have fucked up. If her grades aren't perfect, she'll demand a resit. If you dare interrupt her, you'll get a quick slap around the head.
   However, those who don't know Terry see her as observant and serious. It's hard not to agree with that when in public, she's usually sitting with her legs crossed, wearing sunglasses, sipping a Starbucks with no expression on her face. She doesn't make much noise in front of people she doesn't know, preferring to communicate using eye and body language (if that's even possible). She's the type of girl you don't want to sit next to on the bus, because you're intimidated by her unwelcoming stature and blank facial expression.
   When in the company of boys, she's well aware of them, and goes the extra mile just to look eligible. She'll often flirt with them jokingly, comment on people walking by, and generally act like a rich hoe, who's good looking and knows it very well. This kind of behaviour only happens with boy though, and it's very entertaining to watch her like that.
   Now, despite her icy aura, and problematic attitude toward most people, she often shows her soft, caring side, but only in front of her friends. When she's not pissed off, or preparing for an exam, she's the softest bean you'll ever know.
   After coming home from school, or from a long hour of studying, she'll throw on her favourite red sweater, curl up in a ball on the sofa and watch Stranger Things on Netflix. You're not allowed to disturb her, unless you're coming to give her hot chocolate, or you're gonna snuggle with her. After this, she's guaranteed to be happy, and trust me, Terry's smile is the cutest thing you've ever seen.
   She's actually in touch with her caring side, but it doesn't show through in front of most people. If it did, people would get suspicious, because she wouldn't be behaving like the Terry they know. You can tell it's showed if you fall asleep on the couch and wake up with a blanket around you; or if you can't afford the jacket you really wanted from the shop, and you find it sitting on your bed after a day's practise. There's a 99% chance Terry put it there. If you ask who it was, she'll smile and whisper, "it was the fairies". One thing to know is not to confront her about it, because he'll suddenly get very flustered, and your chance of being visited by "the fairies" again gets lowered.
   When her caring side actually comes out publicly, it doesn't last long. For example, the time she got into a fight with one of the members, and said "I love you, okay? don't forget that" after making up with them. They just looked at her weirdly, making her say coldly, "what's so interesting, hoe?"
   In short, Terry is a very emotional person. You can catch her in a good mood, or in a bad one. Either way, there's nothing stopping you from loving her irrationally.

   — Sing along dramatically to whatever song is playing, even if she doesn’t know the words.
   — Gazing at herself for minutes on end, in every mirror she passes.
   — Doing inappropriate jazz hands when making serious revelations.

   — Terry hates all kinds of rollercoasters, and would do anything to never go on them.
   — Rollercoasters and heights come hand-in-hand. Sometimes she's so scared by the height, that she cries hysterically.
» |DISORDERS: None. During her early trainee days, she lost her appetite, and she thought that was what an eating disorder was. She was relieved to be told otherwise.

   — Reading depressing English novels.
   — Surfing like a pro whenever the chance arises.
   — Practising makeup techniques in front of the mirror for hours on end.

   — Surfing. During her childhood, she participated in many mediocre surfing competitions.
   — Perfecting winged eyeliner on both sides. She doesn't trust the stylists to do it the way she does, so whenever she gets the chance to do her eye makeup herself, she will jump.

» | VARIETY SKILLS: Terry is most likely to laugh along with the crowd at things she doesn't even find funny, and only speak when spoken to. She feels comfortable, but only to a certain degree. It's the initial pressure at the start, so she's likely to loosen up after a few minutes.
» | VARIETY INTERESTS: She'd like the whole group to be on ASC in order to interact with fans, and speak in her natural British accent. She'd also, one day, like to host a variety show with another idol or group member, so she can tick something off her bucket list.

» |IDEAL TYPE: They gotta be tall. She says that first when describing her ideal type. Their sense of humour is dirty but not creepy, and they can laugh at stupid things likes “succ” but not at overly immature things. They’re modest and soft but appear to strangers as cool and collected. Oh, and they look good when they run their hands through their hair sexily and wink.
» |EXAMPLE: Shes never really thought about if there were any idols that fitted her description, but it turns out there are loads of gems like that. She likes to laugh and say, “Well, I have been told by a certain birdie that my ideal type is slightly reminiscent of EXO’s Sehun.” It’s also similar to Zico, and that makes her giggle awkwardly and say, “Good.”

» |ATTRACTIONS: She's drawn to people with an introvert vibe, who just kind of sit there and look good. She'd like to agree that she's attracted to people just like her; which is kind of creepy, but it's mandatory for you to agree with her. She looks for dark hair colours, defined eyes and hard stares — basically anyone she wouldn't mind fucking later.
» |TURN OFFS: She's not really sure what constitutes as a turn off: maybe too much aegyo, a loud voice, and someone who's too much of a flirt (unless they flirt with only her. Then it's totally fine). She's certain that some people will annoy her more than others, she just can't really distinguish them properly.
