It seems all Pokémon have their levelup moveset only, and always have the two most recently learned moves. The first match where I need your help is against the Totem Araquanid, where my 2 levels overlevelled ace Pokémon knows Heal Pulse and Draining Kiss, and my other Pokémon, who is also 1 level overlevelled knows Swift and Protect.
