26. (3.1) Firearm Permit Type: Class A.
27.
28. (3.2) Why do you wish to obtain a Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 100 words):
29. Self-defense mainly, as there are always people crazy people that want to harm you and sometimes even kill you. In my career as a paramedic, I saw a lot of people that want to harm people, as they give them serious injuries or even take their life. This firearm would ensure me that I'm safe at all time, giving me the safeness I need. I already know how to operate a firearm, as I already was a holder of a Firearms License. I did a big vacation with my brother Chris and we were away for some time, but I didn't manage to apply for a renew as I wasn't there. I would be able to protect my life in some situations that might happen in my life, where I'm involved in them. There is a lot of crime in Red County, deaths that shocked me if I don't have a weapon to protect my life that might just be me. This firearm means a lot to me, as I'm capable of using it and I know how to maintain a firearm. It would allow me to defend my life, and not for someone to take it away. Every time when I went off-duty a crime happens where innocent people die, I just can't watch that anymore I want to protect myself. Sometimes I have to stay, at home so I'm safe, which made me sad about the people that lost their lives. Sometimes the police aren't able to arrive on-scene on time, as someone would take that to there advantage and end a life and escape in a matter of seconds. Always going on long shifts and going back late at home, is terrifying there is a lot of people that try to rob someone, as killing them too. A firearm would keep my life safe, as I don't have to worry that someone is gonna come and take it away in seconds, there is a lot of maniacs in this world. People usually carry weapons or knifes trying to rob other people just to take some cash from you, as that terrified me and alerted me that I should get a firearm for safety, as I would only use it if my life is in danger. Having a firearm is a huge responsibility that I could easily handle, as I was already trained in how to use a firearm. That's the main reasons why I want a firearm, ensuring that I'm safe at all time. Thank you for reading and understanding me.
30.
31. (3.3) How do you plan to use your Personal Firearm Permit? (Minimum of 100 words):
32. I would say that I own a large sum of money for which I have worked for years. Once, a situation happened a quiet day when I drove my Huntley in Montgomery and I parked it at Pizza Stacks, where two men saw me carrying a briefcase. I noticed that, so I went straight to my car again and locked it, then they ran to me and one was armed and one tried to open the door. I quickly turned on the car and droved to my house. This has scared me very much and I'm very afraid that someone will take my life away. I want to build a future where I don't have to think that I will be killed. There are a lot of maniacs on the streets that terrified me and I'm sure this situation can happen anytime again. So I need a firearm that I will only use when my life is in danger, I'm currently planning to join the Sheriff's Office to help the community. Having a handgun is a hard responsibility which a lot of people can't handle, but I'm capable. First, when I got the firearm I would plan to store it in my house, in a gun safe. When I need to get out somewhere like an example when I'm off-duty I would carry my firearm in a holster, there would be a safe key on the holster which can only be taken out by me. As there is a lot of dangerous situation that accrued in Montgomery place where I live. I don't want to lose my life, I want to ensure that I'm safe at all times. Almost every month if I'm able I would go to the shooting rage improving my grip, aim and other skills that I can achieve by training and of course clean it every 2 months or when I notice a decrease in the firearm’s performance or it stops functioning correctly.

158. First of all, I would take this very calmy and take a good look at the suspect that's assaulting the woman. As I would warn him that I'm a firearm license holder, telling him to stop the action he is performing on the woman. After that I would tell him to throw the weapon onto the ground slowly and that he gets slowly onto the ground with his hands up. I would dial the Sheriff's Office and EMS to inform them about the situation and the description of the suspect and wait till they arrive keeping an eye on the suspect. If the suspect with the weapon tries to engage on me, I would unholster my hand-gun, firing in his leg disabling his movement and wait till the Sheriff's Office and EMS get on-scene.

163. I keep a safe distance, hidden from the man's sight as I call 911 and notify them of the situation, giving them all required information. I keep watch on the situation, making sure the officer is alright and in the case that something does happen and the suspect attempts to run, I could at least give the very basic level of first aid I'm experienced in, to the officer until medical staff arrive.
164. -Mine
165. If I was close to the bank I would quickly run into the bank calling the security guard to help and saying to the clerks to call 911 about the situation. After, that I would exit quickly, get behind some kind of object that will provide me cover and try to perform this as peaceful as possible so that nobody gets hurt. I would tell the suspect to stop, to drop the firearm on the ground slowly and to slowly lay on the ground with his hands on his head, keeping a hand on my holster all the time. That would give time for the deputy to put him in handcuffs and secure the weapon from the reach of the suspect. If that doesn't work, I would talk to suspect, as I would try to get his attention so that he would lose focus of the deputy giving the deputy time to tase him and giving time for the Police to arrive on-scene. I would only unholster my firearm if the suspect doesn't comply and tries to pull the trigger.

171. I would take a second to look at the gang members so that I can report their description to the Police. Then I would quickly seek for cover so that the gang members wouldn't spot me. So, I would call 911 informing them of the shootout telling them the description of the suspects. I would unholster my gun only in case they open fire on me. If possible I would run from the scene taking a safe radius from the gang members, then be calling 911 to inform about the shootout.

175. I would quickly run towards the middle of the local convenient store, as I would turn my phone to the silent mode I would start seeking cover. Then, I would look for an exit door quickly going outside of the store running to a safe radius from the suspect, then calling 911 about the robbery that is being performed at the convenient store.

I would give him my possessions, as I would take a good look at how he looks so I can describe him to the Police. After he went away I would quickly run away.
